This stuff has been a game changer for me, I used to take just straight melatonin to sleep, while this stuff does have Melatonin in it, it also has Valarian root, 5HTP and gaba. These things have been essential in my fitness journey! #1 thing is always what you put in your face, the next is SLEEP, then your gym routine. Without this product my sleep is absolute crap! I love this product! I’ve tried many sleeping aids before and without a doubt this has been the best and most natural option. Great taste. I strongly recommend it. I don’t write reviews very often but when I do it is because the product was outstanding or because it was terrible. In this case, the product is outstanding.
