Passion Flower

I use for anxiety it helps but best when used with kava and ashwaganda. My husband uses it to sleep so it may be stronger than I think.

Great stuff! It helps to relax me before bedtime. This Passionflower has a tolerable taste. Some of the others that I have tried, taste horrible, so I end up not using them.
