I bought this as a bit of a gamble. An unreviewed, on-a-budget executive office chair to go into my newly built home office. That gamble has paid off so far.It was delivered promptly and was fairly easy to assemble, though the instructions were horrifically unhelpful, so you just muddle your way through using the pics as a rough guidance. Once built, it is incredibly comfortable. I say that as someone who has very specific requirements for a chair, suffering from three chronic illnesses that cause me to feel very uncomfortable very quickly when I'm not sitting in the right position. It's been two weeks since I finished my home office and it's been the most relaxing workspace I've had since the beginning of March, largely thanks to the chair.The heat and massage functions aren't particularly impressive, but they work alright. The massage functionality is about what you'd expect - it mainly just vibrates your back. I wouldn't say I find it relaxing, but I do miss the vibrations when the timer finally runs out. The heating is more effective and is particularly handy to take the edge off of those cold morning starts.Other things, well, the look of the chair is gorgeous and it fits into my vintage themed room perfectly. Whilst I can't attest to the longevity of the materials, it feels sturdy enough to last, providing you treat it well.Overall, a good purchase and excellent value for money, providing it lasts a couple of years. I'm very happy.

I bought this chair in November 2023 and initially I found it really comfortable. Just to add though the assembly wasn't the easiest and the instructions were very poor to say the least. The massage function is quite cool though does become a bit of a gimmick, plus it's incredibly noisy if you get out of the chair while it's on. I did find myself using the heat function a lot more though, especially through the colder months. One issue is that the chair has to be plugged into the main for obvious reasons but you'll find your feet will constantly nag at the wire which becomes a real annoyance and so I had to try and wrap most of it around the chair and add an extension lead closer to me to reduce the length of the wire.I did find after a couple of months the base started flattening a bit and i'm only 11 and a half stone so that's been disappointing. The main issues however is that I tend to move around quite a bit when using the chair. I work from home 3 to 4 days a week and i'm now finding the chair squeaks every time I lean back on it and it's also now leaning to right every time I lean back. I've noticed a few people have said this too. Adding to that, the remote control now doesn't work so I can't even use the functions on it. Considering i've had this for a few months it's not great and as it's within warranty i'm going to be contacting the seller for a replacement which I expect. I would reconsider whether buying this chair was the right choice if I could go back.**EDIT**06/03/2024I've been back and forth with the supplier about getting a replacement. Initially they wanted me to send the chair back which would have been a nightmare trying to pack. To save me more hassle they have agreed to send me a brand new chair and do what I want with the old one. New chair received today. I must admit this is good service. Just have to hope this new chair lasts longer.

The assembly was managed by myself alone, though there were a few moments when attaching the seat back to cushion!Reclines okay (bit stiff and button can stick under lip of hole)Vibrates gently and in a pleasant manner without major noise when sat upon properlyWarms the back well enough and the auto-timer for period to run is a nice touchA pleasant chair to sit in overall throughout the day. I do spend a few hours a day gaming and such, and have no complaints on comfort through these sessions.yes, the chair will occasionally creak and 'complain' a little, but hey, so would you if I was sat on you for most of the day.

I needed to replace my aging office chair which has done reasonable service for about 12 years but had no padding left in the seat - well it did but my fat arse squashed it flatter than a crepe.This thing came in a box and consisted of base, back, two arms, controller, castors frame, power adaptor and no instructions. However, assuming you are not the IQ of President Trump it's easy enough and only the base was a little fiddly. That said it was built in a shade under 20 minutes and looks the part.Comfort wise, well anything would be an improvement over the chair I had but this is so nice. It's firm, you don't sink into it but you don't want that if you're trying to work.Plugging in the controller for the massage function I was not expecting much. You see, I bought this only because the same chair without massage features was fifty quid dearer - yes, I know! So I thought I might as well get this and not use it. Well, it works wonders. With several programmes to choose from it does thighs, lumbar and back and provides a number of options like "wave" and different intensities. In all honesty I am not sure how much I will use it although I suspect I might enjoy the good vibrations for a week or so before the novelty wears off. I might use it at the same time as I use my Revitive - yes, I am that old.The material is soft but not leather, which is good if you're Vegan or simply want a chair that won't disintegrate all the time as without exception leather office chairs seldom last the course and still look good - mind you, time will have to tell on this.For now: Great chair, nice massage functions and very comfortable. 10/10. Four stars purely for lack of instructions which would have just completed the experience.
