Dough Scraper, Plastic Pastry Cutter, Bowl Scrapers Dough Bread Cutters, 6 Inch, Yellow

I'm using this every day. To gather up chopped veg, herbs when cooking. To clean sticky dough from the worktop, to portion out dough batches, even to quickly slice up sticky stuff like dried apricots or bananas. Very solid yet comfortable to had and use. Super-easy to wash and the two scrapers nesting together is a great feature - stores in far less space.

Just love this, never used one before, it does what it says scrapes the whole bowl out and cuts dough perfectly right through, recommend.

I am new to bread making, doing everything by hand. I did quite a bit of research before deciding which to buy. It is easy to go for those endorsed by well known bakers but they can be very expensive and often means making 2 purchases rather than just one.The scraper is very easy to hold and use, just pliable enough to scrape the bowl or work surface and really useful when kneading a wetter dough. The metal cutter is very easy to use and the measurements are very useful. Great when dividing dough for rolls etc.I really like how the products fit together for easy storage but how the products curl at the top can make thorough cleaning tricky, especially if dough has got in there. I have not used any others so cannot compare but I am very happy with my choice.

The plastic blade fits nicely into the handle of the metal one so it doesnt get lost and cuts through dough nicely on my baking mat. The metal blade would be better for hard surfaces.

I bought this to gather up chopped fruit and vegetables. I find it very useful.

Io uso il raschietto in plastica per staccare bene gli impasti di pizze e focacce dalle pareti dei contenitori e quello in acciaio per tagliare gli impasti e raschiare bene la spianatoia. Trovo molto utile la scala delle misure equivalenti riportata sul raschietto d'acciaio. Il prezzo è ottimo e come sempre un grazie per la velocità della spedizione.

They work as described and are robust. You have two components. The smaller plastic part inserted into the bigger one with the metal plate. Nice having a conversion table saving me time instead of having to look it up on the mobile.
