I was diagnose with diabetes type 2, had a lot of questions my doctors where not answering or just brush me off. I came to realize with this book not everyone who develops this condition is for the ame reason. I am still working to get it under control, but the book has help me to be better, do better.

I like than it had a good list of herbs that maybe helpful in treatment of diabetes andoffered an explanation of how they work. I was unclear as to whether you expected to take all of the herbs or make a selection. I feel fasting has a place in health restoration. I think I'm not at the point to be able to comply with a fast. At some point I think I'd like to.

My book was soaking wet when i took it into my house!Looking at the book it seems really goodCan’t wait until it dries.

The book promised natural solution for diabetes and that is exactly what it approaches. It explains how each item works in the body and offers a clear plan to follow. Not rocket science. It should not have to be. I will be trying this approach.
