It Works!
We recently ordered a replacement remote for our Serta Slim base from Utah Rustic Furniture. The original remote never worked without it dying within 24 hours, a huge disappointment to say the least! The replacement remote arrive quickly with included instructions and troubleshooting (which we didn't have any issues with) We've had this for a week now, and the new improved remote has an option for the base light, and we haven't had to replace a battery after 1 use, that's a win. Thanks again!

Will have to pay for shipping for return.
The remote was defective. If you have to return to the seller, you will have to pay the shipping to return. My shipping cost were about $15 so I paid $15 and have nothing to show for it.

Very happy!
I actually think this replacement is better than the original. It’s sturdy and I don’t think it will fall apart like the original remote. The best thing is the light for under the bed. Great purchase!
