It's a great headgear. I used to have a nose piece that was not comfy. This still works and gives me more comfort at night

I saw reviews saying they were not expecting nasal pillows as the picture used does not show Nasal Pillows. I had missed that and assumed it would come with nasal pillows as the item suggest people buy nasal pillows. I bought Standard size with Medium pillows. I got all three sized with my item. In the past I have had top loading air and long ago my original one was soft tubing and worked fairly good but had so leak issues. Years down the road I tried ribbed tubbing loading from the top. One mask had the ribbed tubing down the sides and was uncomfortable and even the type where it is one tube from top load down one side of face it pulled tooo much and cause leaks and the pulling when sitting up was annoying. This one I was a little worried it too would have issues sense the tubing comes down both side and might pinch off air. I was very nicely surprized to see that the soft flat tubing with no ribbing on the sides of my face never got pinched off when I side sleep. It was a little noisy but not enough to kill the deal. :) Next it had no pull when laying down and even pressure on all side sense the straps are all nice and thick and soft. My previous mask which was a bottom loader would pull down and the straps were thin and the pulling was very very annoying and the leakage while moving in my sleep was a bit annoying and the tubing would end up cover by sheet to keep it out of my way and would sweat and drown me. I would wake up to wipe my very wet nose a few times a night no matter what temperature I used on the humiditor. My old one which came with thin straps would get tangled in my hair and easily move out of place while sleeping. I lost a lot of sleep on that set. So I was very Happy to have a head set with nice thick belts and flat soft tubing.Continued: 5/14/2023 I have had my new sleep mask for almost a week and have zero pulling from the straps while I sleep and zero leakage. I still have it set a little tight and need to loosen the back strap slightly. I am so happy with this product we plan to buy another one for back up. I even sold my son on it and he may be buying a the same thing if they have it for men. I am not sure if standard would fit a 6 tall man. I could not find anything bigger in case he needs a bigger size of same mask with the pillows that go into the nose like mine. Of course again this product in the picture needs to be changed because it still down not show the right mask with pillows.

This headgear that fits under your nose with two nostril plugs works very well once you get it into comfortable alignment. And you can hear that it's an alignment because the sound and feel of the air on your face no longer is heard or felt. You'll still hear your CPAP machine, of course, but you won't hear the hiss of air from the headset. And the hose being on top of your head instead of down around your neck and throat keeps it out of your way much better. I'm not going back to a face cup type mask again. And it comes with a second nose piece so that you can exchange them as needed and can reorder more.

Considering the latest price for the entire unit has dropped to 399.00 US, this product cost almost a third of the total unit. I could not find a less expensive alternative unfortunately. This being said, the product does conform to the piece I originally had. The only difference of note was that it came with a individual nostril piece, (each nostril had a receptacle), rather than it being a one piece, which I was used to. It came with three nostril pieces for small, medium and large noses. I did not care for these and fortunately the ones I had fit with no problem on the headdress.Positives: Quick Delivery and Fits just as like the original. Also accepts other compatible pcs with the same design specs.Negatives: The only negative is the price, I wish it was lower. Fortunately, this is the first time I have had to replace this piece. The last one wore out were you connect the nose pieces. It would no longer hold the piece in. This took about 3 or 4 nose replacement pieces to do so not too bad but still...

It is comfortable and works well except it was missing the small plastic disk that goes in the front portion of the nasal pillow luckily I bought other size pillows for fitment so I was able to use one of them

I use this as a back up price is inline with all the other websites this is not a knockoff my problem is after a few nites my nose gets raw

I was worried about buying cpap supplies on Amazon. But, everything arrived in original packaging. Now, I will say I did pay a good bit more than I did through one of the other supply companies, but that’s what you get not having a current prescription.

Product does very well allowing the patient to move from one side to the other in the middle of the night. Comfortable to wear. Decent price and not lots of other options as far as over the head masks go. I will be buying again when mine ages out.
