Good value and good for your eyes.
Yellow pigments in this protect the back of the eyes from UV sun damage. I was surprised how much was packed into the parcel. It filled two pint containers. I add it to soup, salad etc. It smells like spicy caramel and a bit like hay. Tastes a bit bitter in an OK way - like lettuce stalks. It's just the petals, not whole flower heads.
