I 💯% LOVE MINE and WHENEVER my parent's saw it and tried it they stole mine to STOP 🛑 THEIR CHRONIC PAINS!! NOT ONLY DID IT STOP ALL PAINS 😭 THAT THEY SUFFERED FROM BUT TO TELL YOU A TRUE STORY MY DAD SUFFERS FROM A BADLY CONDITION THAT THE DOCTORS WAS ABOUT TO DO BACK SURGERY ON THIS 70YR OLD MAN WHO JUST HAD A QUADRUPLE BYPASS ON HIS HEART & THEN 2 STINTS PLACED INTO OTHER ARTERIES of HIS HEART ALL WITHIN SEVERAL MONTHS APART!! HE also SEVERE ARTHRITIS in HIS SPINE AS IN HIS BACK AS A WHOLE INCLUDING HIS DISC THAT'S BEEN RUBBING TOGETHER CAUSING SO MUCH CHRONIC PAINS 😭!! BUT USING THIS PAD HAS THE DOCTOR'S HAPPIER BUT MY DAD THE HAPPIEST AS HE'S ABLE TO DO EVERYTHING HE WANTS WITHOUT THE CHRONIC PAINS 😭 AS IT'S STOPPED HIS PAINS!! THIS IS 💯% WORTH OF IT'S PRICE AS I KNOW IT'S TOO HIGH BUT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE THERE SUFFERING IN CHRONIC PAINS THAN BUT IT ASAP IT'LL 💯% HELP YOU!! The best heating pad I have ever used! It gives my back so much relief and is very soothing and relaxing. Not only is it a great heating pad but the customer service is awesome! They were very quick on solving my heating pad not heating up. They sent me a new one! The customer service is top notch and they are very customer friendly and add a personal touch to every communication. I would highly recommend their products and their company.

I wouldn’t have normally splurged on a product like this, but I purchased this mat during prime day because as expensive as it was the deal was irresistible. However- I think it still would have been totally worthwhile at full price! I consider myself to be a perfect candidate for this product- I suffer from back pain from scoliosis and also chronic Lyme disease, and I am a bartender who is constantly running on my feet all day nearly every day. I KNOW aches and pains! I have tried traditional heating pads before but never a full body mat. This will put your old Sunbeam to shame and I am all for the lowered EMF exposure which was important to me. The quantum feature of this mat really peaked my interest, because of all of the talk that the world is going quantum in the near future. I have heard wonderful things about quantum energy and its healing abilities. Since it is summer time I’ve only tried the mat twice but so far I’ve found it to be well made, reliable, and deeply relaxing. I imagine it will be heavenly in the wintertime when I’m chilled to the bone. It definitely feels like the heat goes straight to the source of any pain. I’m curious to see if this therapy will make a noticeable difference over time. Overall very impressed with the mat. It is heavy and the stone pattern is quite beautiful. Some things are just worth treating yourself to, and I don’t think anyone can go wrong buying this. I know I will spend many hours on it. It’s very encouraging to see how many people have multiple models of heating products from the same company. The warranty and other reviews tells me they have integrity, so you can’t lose. I’m impressed and grateful for this product, and hopeful it will bring some healing! Next, I am eyeing the pad specifically for the neck and shoulders….

This was the 5th product I had bought from them. All very helpful with my pain. I had an issue with this last heat pad and reached out to customer service. They were very responsive and helped resolve my issue. They stand by their product which is rare these days. Highly recommend

I received my package today, it came in a very beautiful bag and covered very well 👌.It's not my first time using heating pads but really I surprised when I used this product.First thing make it the best that it's included a timer so you can just use it and relax .Second thing it's really hot 🔥 and go deep inside the muscles 💪.Great product I'm very that I bought it .

I use my UTK bio-mat 3 or 4 times a week and simply love it. I have other bio-mats from other manufacturers, but they are not nearly as well made or have as many stones as UTK. The UTK mat is definitely heavier because of this, but you benefit from the added stones and magnets, which others don't provide. Vivian in the UTK Customer Service was fantastic to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It's warm. I haven't really noticed much healing... Kind of expensive for a giant heating pad

After about a year, my heating pad stopped functioning properly. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement in the mail at no cost. They have also replaced a faulty heating pad controller on a different pad.I use my heating pad daily and would struggle without it.Solid customer service that honors their warranty with no hassle.
