Q: what is the size and weight of the box that it will be sent ?

In 9' lengths and more it's packed in a 8x8x6 box. Less than that it comes in the POP clamshell packaging in the pictures.

Q: Would i have to sandpaper my kayak before applying? if so, it kind of beats the purpose because i would be “damaging” my kayak in order to apply gator

No, I didn't I just used the cleaner - prep stuff that they sent with it ! Mine has been on for several years now with no problem.

Q: 6ft roll should work with 19' bass boat? What comes with the kit (activator/cleaner)? Does it take 2 to install?

Yes, you're only protecting the bow area of the boat. Kit comes with scrubber, cleaner, activator. I highly recommend a second person if you want it to be perfectly centered. You need one hand to support the weight of it (It is a thick piece), one hand to line it up perfectly where you want it, one hand to slowly tear off the backing, and one hand to press it firmly and slowly to the bottom of the boat. Yes, you need 4 hands to make it look decent. Call a buddy over, drink 9 or 10 beers then stick the thing on, then go fishin! Good luck. Put mine on last summer, a few months of lake boating, pulling tubes, etc, and it still looks rock solid.

Q: Will it stick to a vinyl wrap?.

I would say it will stick to anything.It seems to stick to everything it hits.
