Ultimate Nylon Badge Holder with Pen Loop Key Ring and Heavy Duty Lanyard, by Specialist ID (Black)

This holds my ID card, my access badge, and a pen. It's also strong enough to hang all the keys I have to carry around everyday. There's a pocket on the back that velcros shut, so if I'm ever running around buildings I can slip some cash inside for a run by the soda machine if needed (I work at a school district). It helps not having to carry a purse around or worry about cash slipping out of my back pocket. The material and plastic is high grade, so you can tell right off that it won't rip or tear. This by far the best badge holder I've found!

I went through 4 lanyards before finally finding this one. I am a Special Ed Teacher and need my keys, elevator card and a pen with me at all times. I wear a lot of dresses and can't use pockets a lot of the time This allows me to carry everything with me throughout the day. I love the feature to remove the clip from the lanyard so my aides can use the keys when needed. I have had students grab and rip off previous lanyards that ended up breaking as a result. The fabric is strong and I love the pocket in the back to carry some emergency cash. I also love the pen holder; it comes in so handy. This is very sturdy and hasn't fallen apart and broken like the other expensive ones I've tried.. This is the right one to buy!

Very sturdy. I work in a secure facility on a psych unit and have to use my badge to open the doors all day long and the badge holders I had before would continually break.I also have a separate issue which is that my co-workers literally steal all of my pens. But not just my pens, any pens within reach. Which drives me insane.So, I looked for a solution to both problems, a badge holder with a pen loop attached to it. Which is how I was lead to purchase this one.So far, I've used it for several months now and it's held up really well. I would like to add though, that I did not actually use the breakaway lanyard it came with because I prefer the badge reels. This one has a clip so you can attach it to another badge reel very easily, which was great.I only gave it a four star review because it's hard to fit my sharpie pen into the elastic loop because the pen itself has a grip on it, which has to be forced through the loops in order to fit it in there. It's causing that part of it to wear faster than it should. I think the elastic could stand to be slightly more stretchy for pens with grips but other than that it's a great product.

This ID/Badge holder is exactly what I needed. It is a good quality, heavy duty holder. The pen loops are very convenient and a better way of holding my pen instead of in a pocket. I do not use the actual lanyard because I am required to use a lanyard with my company's logo on it, but it is a good quality lanyard that I will definitely use if the occasion comes up. The sleeve itself can hold multiple IDs and some necessary paperwork folded in a certain way to make it fit. There is also a sleeve in the back that you can put other things that do not need to be on display. I had one of those "ziplock" plastic ID holders before that didn't last very long, it started tearing after a few weeks of everyday use. This ID holder seems like it will last way longer than that.

I ordered this last year and used it all throughout the school year, it was a great lanyard. So, i ordered one again this school year and I already have to throw it away. It won't stay clasped in the back and I haven't been hard on it at all. Something has changed, it isn't as good, I'm very disappointed

I love this product! It keeps my badge in place and my pen as well and I love the extra pocket in the back, it is handy! I had not seen this before and the reason why I bought it was I needed something that could hold my pen because I was losing my pens a lot at work. I love this product a lot :)

I use this for my press pass when I go to events for journalism and this is simply superb. It gives me the ability to carry my press pass and backup card in the front, a pen on the side, a flash drive and a small journal/notebook on the back (tucking the back of the notebook in the holder). This is built really solidly. I've ran with it in rain, cold, and heat and this hasn't even had a thread fall apart. It has outlasted every other badge holder I've had.

The pen loops on the side(the whole reason I purchased this item, literally tore off in the first two hours. The rest of it has held up ok, but if you’re looking for an ID holder that will securely hold a pen, look elsewhere.

The rounded extra material at the top of the card slot is wasted space and makes the ID tag hang down too low. The pen loops are very small and my intended pen doesn't fog in it. The lanyard cord is too fat.
