I have studied homeopathy so the science behind the use of cell salts is easy for me if you have not studied the subject you may need some more materiel than this but all said and done it is very well explained and easy to understand

Bought this only as a quick (& transportable) reference guide to go w/my larger tissue salt books. Although it is a hardcover, the book I received is not what is pictured and it appears to be literally a copy of the original text w/limited contents page and no index. One must shift through the pages instead to find a specific Rx or condition. Thankfully it is only 83 pages and therefore creating my own index.

It is great to have the original, although not very clear type.
