LE Power Adapter, 2A, AC 100-240V to DC 12V Transformer, 24W Switching Power Supply, US Plug Power Converter for LED Strip Light and More

I recently added under cabinet lighting to my kitchen counters. It looks fantastic once completed. I have a very large kitchen, around 25 feet or more and was able to wire the whole thing up for under $100. Without the diffusion rods, could've done it for under ~$30.I have a custom built house so I had the builder install electrical outlets above the top kitchen cabinets, this way I can plug in the adapters and it can't be seen from below.The most basic materials needed is1. a plug in adapter to provide the 12V of power that plugs into the wall,2. the wire for getting the 12V power from the adapter to the LED lights, the LED light strips,3. and solderless connectors for hooking things up (this was a big headache).When I was installed the LED string lights I noticed the lights were glaring off my silestone countertops so I added a diffusion rod to diffuse the light, and the aluminum rod it came in made moving around the lights a lot easier during installation. I shorted it a few times and it must've had a built in protection circuit because it never burnt out or caught fire. It says 24W max and my LED strips are 24W so it must be slightly more efficient since it was able to drive them without issues. Later I only used half the light strip on this adapter since my kitchen has a gap in it. I thought my lights would use more than 2A so I also got this adapter but I didn't end up needing so much power ( I still use this in the project). I used it to string wire from above the cabinets to down under the cabinets where the LED lights are situated. The kitchen cabinets usually have a gap between the cabinets, but in some cases I just drilled holes through the cabinet and pushed this wire through. Allows you to easily move the lights around, etc. I wish it was cheaper, it basically cost as much as everything else in the project combined, but luckily one order was enough for the whole kitchen and I even ended up with some spare material. Its easy to cut, I was able to use a hacksaw for the aluminum, and scissors/wire stripppers for the diffusion covers. The covers snap easily into the aluminum channel.

I have been experiencing severe pain across my left shoulder blade and down my left arm due to a C6 neck injury. It was nearly impossible for me to sleep at night. I have worn this unit every night so I can fall asleep and stay asleep, but I also have it hidden under my clothing at work during the day. It's a life-saver! I can't say that it has healed my injury; however, it is very comforting to use it and it helps to keep my mind off the pain. The unit is very small and portable--easy to hide under clothing or slip into a pocket. There are also many settings with great, and the battery holds the charge for a very long time. It's a nice little unit and well worth the money.

Works perfectly, so why only 4 stars? Maybe I expect too much, and I know this is a switching power supply, but startup takes a 2 count - turn it on, count to 2, and on it comes. I long for the old analog power supplies that were THERE when turned on. And I realize that switching supplies are supposed to be smaller and more efficient, but this one is about the same size as a 2 amp analog supply, and it does run warmer than I'd expect. But all that is just being picky - as I said, it works fine, as long as it continues to do so it's just fine. Power supply comes terminated in a coax plug, and a mating female connector is supplied - nice touch.

Under the cabinet lighting adapter/power cord of 6 years stopped working and this new adapter with power cord works perfectly. Install was easy, connected the lighting fixtures with the power cord, plugged into the wall and “LET THERE BE LIGHT!”

I accidentally bought 2 of these when I ordered them, but I'm glad I did, because they work really well! I bought them to run some LED light strips I recently got, and they work like a charm! The wire adapter is awesome as well. The 12v DC that these put out is perfect for many projects and these don't feel cheap!I'll definitely be buying more in the future!

I ordered this item because it was needed for a kit of LED strip lights. I am glad I did and that my kit did not come with an adapter that had a brick attached to it. this adapter is much lighter and works just as well. It serves its purpose well and arrives well-packaged exactly as pictured. Not much else you can say about an adapter except that I recommend it highly and would purchase it again.

For hydroponics, the pump is susceptible to clogging and impeller failure in the hard-water environment of high TDS nutrient. That, and a low tolerance for particle formation and grit (hard scale). Performance is improved with a prefilter in the 20 to 50 micron range. Without a prefilter, the pump will last no more than 1 growing cycle (approx 90 days). Be careful not to allow the end connector of the pump wiring to dip into the solution, it will short out and wreck your power supply. Connector should be sealed and waterproof.

I'm using this with a  Sensky BS010l Dc12v to 24v Mini Pir Motion Sensor Switch,occupancy Sensor Switch , and  LE 16.4ft LED Flexible Light Strip, 300 Units SMD 2835 LEDs, 12V DC Non-waterproof, Light Strips, LED ribbon, DIY Christmas Holiday Home Kitchen Car Bar Indoor Party Decoration (Daylight White)  to light up my safe. Power adapter works great. I've had no issues. Very happy with it. If anything changes I will update this review.

I run a adult recreational volleyball league and we use a large timer clock to time the matches during the evening. All of a sudden the clock died and, upon investigation, we found that the wires from the adapter had finally worn out and broken after many years of use. Working well, I'm using this to power a custom LED setup I have going for my home office. I haven't looked at the output on a scope so I can't comment on how clean a DC output it is. One observation is that upon being plugged in, it does take around 1-2s to start up.

Bought this for a led sign that I made. Adapter puts out 12.5v open, and reduces down to 12.2v on 15w load.Unlike the other review, mine does have ETL.

Used to power the fan in our composting toilet (we're off-the-grid) it gives off no heat meaning that it uses only the energy to run the fan. Well made
