Great Wheel, Tubeless ready
While this wheel doesn't say so, it is tubeless ready. Just add some PMP Tubeless Rim Tape 23 mm (Amazon), a stan's tubeless stem and some stan's sealant and you're up and running. Very good quality and comes with the skewer and a spacer. My 10 ring XTR cassette fit perfectly with the included spacer. I bought the 26inch wheel to refurb a Gary Fisher Sugar 1 and it works great. Replaced a Mavic wheel. While I didn't weigh it, this wheel felt about the same weight as the Mavic which is very light.

Most versatile!
Not the most expensive, not the cheapest but somewhere in the middle for a somewhere in the middle wheel with great features. 2 sealed bearing up front and 5 in the back. Can't beat that. The hubs have a piece of tape that looks like carbon fiber, for all I it just might be carbon fiber wrapped around it. You know it's not real but some people like that kind of stuff. I'm not really into that myself. But to each their own right. Now for the best feature. The hubs are adaptable from the long time standard of 9 by100, quick release up front and 10 by135 in the back to 15 by 100 in front and 12 by142 in back. Now for the tricky part. It is not mentioned in the product description page but with there most excellent customer service all your have to do is shoot them a message with the order number telling them what you need and they will be on the way. There are a few companies that are doing this now. And I mean a few, like 3 that I have come across across. They accomplish this by the sealed beatings. Instead of a solid axle, it is hollow, also saving a little weight, and instead of a inside ajustment nut and a locking nut on the outside you have these alloy caps that fit onto the end of the axles making it possible to change from the traditional to the modern. Oh, did I mention that they are also Thru Axles. Yes, not quite boost but the next best thing.I'm really surprised that someone didn't stumble across this idea a long time ago. I mean it's so simple yet so inovative.I've been riding on them for about a month now and not one issue. So, all in all, I'd say that they are a pretty good deal for an entry level rider upgrade.

Loose Freehub Body
The media could not be loaded. After 2 months of use, noticed a wobble in the cassette. The freehub body was loose and slid a bit on the axle. The end caps have no threads, so it seems the skewer is what actually holds everything together. So the freehub body and the cassette are a unit that can be easily removed from the axle. Great for quick swaps, but some folks could consider this unsafe. Check to ensure you have the correct spacers behind the cogs. Any small gaps will contribute to a wobble, with the chain skipping or with pedal kick-back. With no gaps and a well adjusted skewer, you should have a solid ride. Beyond that, it is a light weight build that feels way more efficient than my old MTB wheels.

Strong, Light, and Cheap
There is saying in the bike industry that goes, “Light, Strong, Cheap—pick any two.” Well these wheels seem to defy that paradigm. They are very loud as well if you like that kinda thing. I mounted them on my surly disk trucker and made it into a nice gravel bike. 27.5 by 2.0 mounted great. 5 out of 5 stars so far.

Very pretty and light but some design shortcomings
Pros: Light weight. Pretty. Appear well made.Cons:1) Valve stem holes are strange diameter. They are obviously intended to be Schraeder size but they're slightly too small to accept a Schraeder to Presta adapter/gromet (rubber or metal). Why would anyone make a modern wheel with Schraeder valve holes?2) The Spline body can be pulled off the hub. This is not a flaw but it's alarming for those accustomed to old school (Shimano) loose bearing hubs.

Unuseable
Unfortunately, despite the wheel looking awesome, it was anything but. It barely fit in the frame (standard size) and when tightened down, it wouldn't move at all. Given that this has happened to others, it appears to be a design flaw. I purchased an American made DT Swiss wheel for the same $$ and it's flawless. Don't waste your money

Awesome set of wheels.
I bought this wheel set along with the Bucklos 26" 100×9 120mm air suspension fork to upgrade the Specialized Hardrock to disc brakes. The pawls for the free hub are very responsive and strong. You're not going to sneak up on anyone out on the trail with these. If if you have an 9 speed cassette or smaller, you will need a spacer. I have a few bike parts and I tried a 9 speed cassette and when I tightened down the cassette lock nut, the cassette was still loose. I went with the original 8 speed cassette with space and have had absolutely no issues. I read where some people were having issues with the quick releases on these wheels. They must have fixed the problems because I have not had a single issue. The holes drilled for the disc brakes were perfect. Had no issues with burs inside the rim. Perfect for the bike I'm using them for.
