The double pull mechanism on this is great. It's so easy to customize to how you feel on any given day. Amazingly helpful when doing yard work, etc with lots of bent over or lifting work. Great buy!

I love these. They are so comfortable and feels like you got nothing on, but still provides all the support. Easy to wash and dry! I have replaced my entire drawer with these briefs!

Good snug fit and great back support. Gets me a little warm after hours of wearing, but hey, does what it is supposed to do.

Good price and so far seems to work good. Only time will tell if it reduces back pain.

Supportive. In production environment and physical demands, the belt held me up during hard use. Th velcro was tested and it gave everything I asked from it. Minimal wear but the plastic lumbar supports did wear weak over 30-400 hrs of hard use but it's still in action and not needing replacement so far. 3.75Star If I could refine ratings.

My wife has to have hip replacement in the near future and I noticed that her spine was out of alignment (side to side - 'S' shaped) when she walked with her cane. Which I assume is natural when using a cane which takes the pressure off the afflicted leg by leaning the body over to the "good" leg. She also complained of back pain toward the end of the day. Since we bought the Lumbar Support she is walking now as normally as one could expect using a cane, the support has kept her spine on its natural axis, and her back pain is greatly diminished. So hopefully the support will stop other problems from manifesting while she is in this state. The brace itself is well constructed and we are very happy with the purchase.

I got one to small

It works very good for me. I can adjust the level of tension that suits me the best. The belt can be positioned where it is required to provide the most benefits. As for pain relief, I didn't experience much of a relief immediately and later the issue has settled on its own. In general I think it is a good product.
