I got this for Christmas. It is fantastic, fits 2 of my handguns, but most important it keeps my children safe. It has an easy to set up fingerprint system. Extra keys came with it which I can put away and use if I want or if the fingerprint system does not work - it does need extra batteries, and it easily fits in my nightstand drawer.

Biometric, password, and keys all work great! Easy to set up!

I tried to contact customer service and I had no answer.My safe won’t close at all. I tried everything. I was wondering if there is any trouble shooting I could still try. Or if it is just garbage now.

I really wanted to like this product but the finger print set up did not work. I followed the instructions carefully and still no luck. I will return this product for a refund and buy a different more durable and reliable gun safe.

i got this as a gift its cheap and I opened it in seconds with a $5 lock pick tool no value for money at all its horrible the only good thing is how durable it is

Basically should watch the youtube channel "LockpickingLawyer" and see him get into this thing in about 5 seconds (if it took that long).I wouldn't lock up my daughters Legos with this thing.

The "key" lock is perhaps the most easily picked lock I have ever seen! It doesn't even require a tension bar to open it!An old tin lunchbox with cartoon characters would be better security than this $100 joke!
