GPO Vintage British Union Jack Art Deco Rotary Push Button Telephone

I love it a 1000 times over! I was nervous about getting it for the price, but I just had to do it! And am I glad I did. It’s not only functional, it’s a real conversation starter! Everyone wants to pick it up to see if it really works! It didn’t take long to get here and it was boxed and packaged very well to keep it protected.

Telephone arrived in perfect condition and within 3 weeks of ordering just in time4 the holidays and its brilliant! Extremely pleased!

The earpiece volume is so quiet you can barely tell when the other person is speaking, even when the volume switch is set to maximum. The microphone, however, is so sensitive that it sounds like you're yelling on the other end. The ringer volume is not adjustable; it's either on or off.This is a really cool looking phone, and I really wanted it work. Unfortunately, while it might make a lovely decoration if that's all you want, you can't actually use it for communicating. The only reason I'm not returning it is that the return window closed while I was out of town, so I guess I'm stuck with the thing.

Love it, love it I have had my eye on it for some time and when it went on sale then it was a done deal it seats pride and place thank you !

J'ai renvoyé le produit car la sonnerie n'est pas vintage c'est ce que je recherchait avec ce téléphone, à part ça il est super jolie si une sonnerie moderne vous convient!j'ai lu les commentaires avant d'acheter aucun ne mentionne ce détail pourtant essentiel donc je pense que si comme moi vous êtes nostalgique des veilles sonneries d'antan passez votre chemin.

Sounded airy when I first lifted the receiver but when I use it it's fine. Have been told I sound loud on the other end. Can hear everyone fine when I use the phone (other retro phones complained of people sounding quiet) Ringer is good - can hear it fine. Was easy to set up. Phone is simple, push buttons, one ring tone. I think it looks great - I like the slightly darker colour to other union jack phones. Think it's a good price.
