Blossom Recessed or Surface LED Mirror Medicine Cabinet with Lights, LED Medicine Cabinet w/Defogger, Dimmer, 3X Makeup Mirror, Outlets & USB (30x32/Zoom Mirror)

I both 2 of the Blossom Asta 24 inch LED medicine cabinets for a master bathroom remodel. We have had them for over 2 years now and they both have been flawless. They work very well, have great features that are very handy to use everyday. The outside mirror face lighting is very useful and the ability to change the brightness and type of lighting is a great feature. We keep our electric toothbrushes inside the cabinet & plugged in with the inside electrical outlet that’s built in. The interior lighting is great to have any time but really helpful at night when you don’t want to turn on the room light & disturb another person. My wife likes the built in lighted makeup mirror. All our friends think its one of the really nice items done on our big master bathroom remodel. The wired each mirror & a GFI on its own dedicated circuit and switchable. My wife said the lighted mirror display Bothered her while sleeping. After switch off the power to each mirror and turning back on i noticed the clock time still kept the circuit time but the temperature parameter would default back to celsius. I lived with this for over 2 years. Today I called the company to see if the there was a way to set the default to Fahrenheit. They said no due to the built in chip being programmed that way at the time of the build & is sealed inside the mirror door. Here is were i got blown away by Blossom’s customer’s service that I haven’t seen in Quite a while in an American company. They stated that the new programming has been updated since my purchased. They asked me where i bought the mirrors & when. I gave them the information & asked me to stand for a minute. They got right back with me to confirm my address & stated they would like to send out 2 new updated doors…WHAT?! WOW, now that is above & beyond what i was asking for & expected. This company knows how to take care of their customers. If you like what you see with Blossom products then I highly recommend them as a company (knowing they will stand by their product) & their products they make. We are very pleased with these mirrors!

We recently completed our new bathroom upgrade with this mirror. It was an excellent idea for what we needed. The LED light on the front gives it a luxurious feel. It provides just enough light to accent the mirror and the light does not blind you like the others. In the medicine cabinet, the internal lights also give it an upgraded feel. The shelves are very sturdy and have the ability to hold the heavier bathroom stuff you would usually hide in the vanity. The makeup mirror is on the inside, which makes it a little difficult for smaller bathrooms, make sure it opens up on the right side of the bathroom so you can open it up fully. I think the defogger options are a definite plus. You never have to wait or wipe down the mirror to see that beautiful face of yours!We are very happy with the purchase. Worth every penny.Great customer service.

Started my bathroom renovation at the end of December 2022, so I've had it for a little more than a month. Originally ordered the Vega-36, but due to pipes found behind the wall, this size medicine cabinet would not fit. Blossom customer service was very helpful and responsive to me returning that model easily and getting the Pillar-30 instead. They gave me choices as to how I could send it back for a fee of $100 (it came delivered in a super h-u-g-e box - well packaged and protected) where it could be picked up from my home and brought back by a delivery service or I could bring it back to their local warehouse (NY) for free. I chose the latter as my contractor was able to take care of it for me. Very smooth and easy return/refund process then purchased the new one. Once installed it is an absolutely beautiful medicine cabinet, L-O-T-S of ample space inside - mirrored everywhere, coolest features.... defogger (touch a button and your mirror is clean as soon as you come out of a hot steamy shower), adjustable lights (for when you first wake up and are not ready for too bright a light in the bathroom), soft and easy LED lighting is on all night if you want it for that middle of the night bathroom trip, just all around functional and wonderful product. I just love everything about it !***** I noticed a reviewer saying that the lights stay on all the time - they can, but don't have to.If you check page 8 on the installation manual (PDF) it will show you how each button on the mirror works - there are 3. If you just touch and hold the light button for a couple of seconds, it will go off completely (and no longer operates as a night light). The same goes for the other 2 buttons. *****

We received the Blossom Astra-30 mirror really fast and everything looked gorgeous and top quality out of the box. Unfortunately, my contractor felt it was too big for our small bathroom. I love this mirror and really had my heart set on it. So, I ordered the 24 inch size with all the same features and can't wait to install it. Blossom called me and helped me through the return process of the 30 inch mirror. They were very responsive and seem like a really great company who stands behind their products.
