Excellent food! If your only going to buy one food... this is the one.
I've posted my tank specs/lighting in a review for Reef Roids if anyone wants that background info. I've been an avid reef aquarist for roughly 10 years and currently have a full reef with many different SPS and LPS. That said here's my view:Pros: GREAT feeding response! Polyps love this stuff (swell, mouths open, etc). Very good for target feeding... dark brown color makes it easy to see. "Sticks" to the coral being fed. Excellent growth... ricordia, goniopora, zoo's, frogspawn, favite brain have all shown good growth. Very good value for the $Cons: You get less than a popular competitor. DO NOT use this at the strength that the company recommends!! This can pretty much be said for any food, but this stuff WILL make your water go to crap very quickly if you overdo it. Use common sense here... target feed and use it sparingly. Conclusion: I'm VERY happy with this and feed it x 2 per week. My tank prefers it over about 6 other foods that i've tried. I still feed other foods from time to time but this is what i would recommend. If your going to buy one food... get this one.

A great feeding option for your corals!
Fed this to my reef tank and all corals loved it. One thing I can recommend is to mix up what you feed your corals for long term health. I have a mixed reef tank, sps corals, lps, and polys/zoas. They all had great extension to grasp this food. Make sure to shut off your skimmer and filters when feeding. Leave your skimmer off for a good hour after feeding. Turn your filters back on usually around 15/20 mins after feeding. I like to give a good twenty minutes of the food in the water column before I start filtration again.

Good product + my findings/recomendations
I bought the small container so I could test the effectiveness. My corals seem to love it. I only broadcast feed and don't target feed; just a personal preference. I feed twice a week and I have had no issues with phosphate or nitrate spikes and no algae blooms.I have a 75 gallon mixed reef. Some things I have learned with using this product:1.) You don't need to use as much as recommended in the instructions (They actually advertise this on their web site). I use a little less than 1/4 tsp mixed with 1 cup of aquarium water for my 75 gallon tank. You should figure out what ratio works best for your tank.2.) It does not dilute/mix into the water as much as I thought. So no need to excessively stir it in the mixing cup hoping for it to dissolve more. I stir in the mix to a cup or so of tank water. Stir for 30 seconds (make sure there is nothing dry floating still)3.) Turn off return pumps, filters and protein skimmers. LEAVE CIRCULATION PUMPS ON. I turn off my filters and skimmer 10 mins before and 1 hour after feeding.4.) I have circulation pumps on both sides of my tank. I pour half of the mix right onto the running pumps on both sides.5.) The mix is brown and visible in the tank. I think this is good as you can see that it is getting circulated; however, it does temporarily cloud your water, so don't use it right before you are about to show off your beautiful, pristine tank to Saltwater Aquarium Magazine.6.) There are different size particles in this mix so it will feed everything from feather dusters to duncans.7.) My palythoa retract within 30 seconds of dumping the mix in the tank. My zoanthinds do nothing...so the debate continues on "Do zoanthids eat when fed".8.) "Best Results" I have found for feeding is as follows: For 1st feeding of the week, I feed during the daylight hours (Whites and blues have been on for at least an hour). 2nd feeding of the week, I feed during night time hours (Whites and blues have been off for at least an hour). This rotation ensures that the corals that retract at night (zoas and pallys) have the chance to eat during the day then their polyps are extended and the SPS and LPS that extend their feeders more prominently at night get their fill as well.

No difference noticed.
I don't notice any difference in my coral at all when I use this. Though to be fair, my tank is relatively new and this is the only thing I have tried feeding it.

Quality product for sure.
Corals seem to react positively, good polyp extension on lps/sps. I haven't noticed a huge change in growth or colors however things were going good when I started using this food. I also supplement with two other products (a zeovit food and live phyto). Nothing negative to say, just watch dosing recommendations on the container and start at 50% of the recommended and ramp up so you don't have excess food in the tank creating more issues.

Great first food for fry as well!!!!
I use this as a primary food source for a lot of my cichlid fry. I know it is intended for marine use, but it is a great food for young fish when you run out of live/frozen baby brine, rotifers, cyclopes, etc. I ordered this on a whim hoping it would be what I needed and it surpassed my expectations!!!

Great food for the whole reef
The best coral food I have found! Lots of growth and color to my whole reef. The food is various sizes so it really does feed just about everything. Even the fish like it! When fed correctly I haven't noticed any big change in water parameters.

Corals love it
My corals love it but it does cloud the hell out of my water i put way less then recommended and i mix the hell out of it. It does not smell good but who cares. Since it does cloud my water i decided to add a few other ingredients to help feed my live stock i add a few drops of microvert by kent marine and some frozen mysis or krill and everything goes nuts in my tank! I have seen tons of growth from my zoas and palys along with my flower pot bubble coral and torch they react instantly when I spray the mix. Over all i like it
