Having some issues with Sesamoiditis pain in my right foot. Instead of an adhesive pad that never stays in place I opted to try these. 2 days... no pain.As others have said they are bulky but that is to be expected if you are adding a gel pad and cloth around your foot. I simply use a thin sock on my right foot.

The padding should not be in this area. If it's for a metarasal injury, it should be more centered and lower. If it's for a sesamoid injury, there shouldn't be any padding directly underneath the sesamoid at all--it should be a pad that goes around, leaving that area untouched as to off load your weight from the injury. These pads also can't be worn in shoes effectively either. I suggest buying the pads that stick on instead, and watch a YouTube video on how to adhere them.

Would not recommend for sesamoiditis pain. The gel cushion is very thin and does not offer sufficient protection or load redistribution to the big toe. Not happy with this product at all.

first, the size of the feet this fits is not correctly represented. i wear an 11 shoe and this fits just fine. It claims it only fits a smaller foot. The only disappointment is that the pad is not thick enough. I'm sure some people will be happy with it, but i wish the pad was 1/4 inch thick. I used a different set up for a long time and having this is so convenient. It's a great idea.

I wanted to try wearing these for a few days before giving a review. They are very comfortable to wear and they really provide some relief for the pad of my foot. I have even worn them to work in my shoes. Be aware that this only works for shoes that are big enough. Shoes that are too tight for even socks will make it feel like your big toe is being strangled. I prefer to wear them around the house. I was also pleased that there were two pairs and not just one. I’ll probably order some more in the future.

The reasons for my dissatisfaction is because it worked for a little bit then it didn’t come to find out that it slides on one side of my feet which brings the pain back This is for my foot which I have sensitive bottoms

These Briton Metatarsal pads are a life changing purchase. When wearing them my pain form my bunionette just fade away.I have that extra cushion available to make it where I can walk.I don’t know how I lived without these for the past several months.

I had a broken sesamoid bone and doc said get a metatarsal pad to help mitigate the pain. These helped tremendously!
