I ordered this product for my mother. This is her review.I have tennis elbow so ordered the compression sleeve in size medium based on the sizing chart (I measured 10 1/2"). It was nicely constructed, lightweight comfortable material but offered no compression. I emailed the company to see if I could exchange it for a small and received a phone call from them in less than two hours. The gentlemen I spoke with assured me that it wasn't a problem and he'd send me a size small immediately. When I explained what my problem was he told me that he'd also include the elbow brace at no charge. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant customer service experience. I received both within two days. The size small compression sleeve was definitely a better fit and does offer relief with the discomfort in my arm. When I played tennis for the first time in three weeks I wore the compression sleeve and took the brace with me just in case. After a couple of serves I knew I couldn't continue so put the brace on (under the elbow) and what an unbelievable difference it made; I was able to play three sets with minimal discomfort. If I didn't have the brace I would not have been able to continue. Bottom line; well made excellent products and fantastic customer service.

I have had issues with pain in my elbows for sometime now, doctor have said there was nothing there. So I decided to try these, I received them today and put the one on my right arm and went back to what I was doing, it wasn't until a couple of hours later I realized I was not in as much pain as before and even had more mobility, they have made a big difference. Size chart was spot on.

I always suffered from unbearable forearm pain after a game of badminton. I bought these sleeves and hoped for the best. I am a size small in clothing but I bought the medium-sized sleeves. I haven't had pain since wearing the sleeve! It is not suffocating and does not cut of circulation. The material is fine and breathable. I have not had pain since! I would highly recommend this product!

I had some pain and swelling in my forearm area from lifting weights and these sleeves gave me the compression I needed to be able to continue my work out without too much pain. They stay in place well and they help keep the area warm and compressed without being too tight.

I've updated this review from an earlier one because the seller did something extraordinary that I wasn't expecting: the seller refunded my cost when it was learned that the product didn't work for me. This demonstrates good attention to customer care and guarantee of satisfaction. I just planned to eat the cost and move on.Regarding the product - the sleeves did not meet my needs for strong compression support. However, it may be exactly what some people are looking in compression support--lighter support. I also ordered a large size based on the measurement of my arms, but the sleeves were kind of loose. This is something to consider when ordering as it may run on the large size--at least that's my opinion.

These are good quality sleeves. Have good compression and the band at the top does not dig into arm. It lays flat. I have another brand and the top band turns down and get uncomfortable. These do not do that. I wash gently and take care of them and they are holding up beautifully and still have their shape. Great product for the price.

I'm very small so these were a little loose on my arm. Fit great after being washed!

I love the compression sleeves! They work wonderfully for the pain I have been experiencing. After the company asked me how I liked them, and I said they felt a little tight, they sent me a larger pair for free! They really want to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of. I would definitely buy from them again!

These things seem to work and although I'm not a tennis player or a golfer lo Im a motorcyclist and suffer trauma on elbows after coming off bikes and a bit of old age arthritis. They slide under my biker clothing great, they feel sexy LOL. But they are easy to put on and take off easy to wash and dry If they last?t they will be great! One thing I think its best if you have two sets and wear one set at night if you wish in bed as they do get a little bed fluff sticking to them, and the other pair for the day. The company that sell these offer the best SERVICE I have seen in a long time any issues there on it! So IMHO these are value for money backed up with a superb service. Im the one with Barry Sheene T shirt on looks like a few of our gang will be needing these soon :-)

Wore the sleeve together with the band non stop for the first week. I did exersises as recommneded in the twist bar manual. It does help and of course I realise opit is going to time to recover, especially since I have to continue playing tennis

I had problems with my arms for many years and would stop me during my works outs. I do calisthenics which has a large amount of pressure on the arms, muscle and tendons. Straight away, I could feel the difference while using these sleeves. They aloud me to go that extra bit harder and longer. They really do help. I still have the issue but with these it's a lot easier to live. Thank you

These made no difference at all to my partners tennis elbow/golfers arm. He mentioned to GP who said these were no better than the ones from Boots for less than a fiver. Don;t waste your money they do not work

It's a great help, its light, goes under clothes easily and really seems to support my elbow properly.

Great product from Simien. I suffer from bilateral Tennis elbow and the Simien compression elbow sleeve takes 80% of the pain away. I'm so pleased with my purchase!! Thank you..

I was looking forward to receive these elbow sleeves but in the end I was quite disappointed as the sleeves did nothing to help ease my elbow pain because they were not tight and did not provide any compression whatsoever to my elbow joints.I would like to request a refund for the sleeves.Having said all that, I quite liked the elbow braces which I will be writing a separate review later on.
