This cushion Saved my butt, literally! It is really 4” thick and provides excellent support. At first I thought it was too hard, but it provides the firmness really needed to prevent the tailbone or lower back pain to occur when sitting long periods of time. Now that I am working from home, (this is what prompted my purchase) it has been a game-changer. Would definitely by again.

This memory foam style seat cushion is firmer and thicker than other seat cushions I have used and that, as a 6 foot 2 inch adult male, very much suits my needs. Smaller individuals might possibly find it to be too firm to be comfortable. It does compress somewhat when sitting on it, but still gives more support than others that I have tried. I like the other features of the pad/cushion - the carrying strap, the non-skid back side, and the removable-washable cover. It should be noted also that it has a pretty big "foot print" so if you happen to be using it on a smaller chair, that might be an issue regarding its use. Finally, time will tell whether this product holds up over time and ultimately merits 5 stars.

I bought this pillow for my 86 year old Mother who does not walk any more. Sitting in her recliner or wheelchair all day was causing tremendous pain on her lower back and her bottom. The instant she sat on this pillow she found instant relief. It's been a week and she claims this pillow has saved her from so much pain. Thank you.

I purchased one of these in December 2016. Really liked it. It was firm, didn't collapse, held it's shape and thickness. Bought another one this December and the foam is not nearly as stiff, collapses, does not hold it's shape. It's still is a cushioned seat, but not near the quality of the one last year.

I bought another cushion which had good reviews and it was nice for about a few weeks and than all of a sudden I felt like I was sinking into the cushion and the cushion lost it's appeal. So I returned it and bought this.My first impressions is this is a beast!!!! I weight 190 pounds and this thing is awesome!Now it is only day one, so if it loses it's cushioning ability I will update, yet this is so so so much better than the leading smaller cushions on amazon. The 4 inch is necessary!! It filled out my office chair!I truly hope it lasts and it does not flatten out cause this is great and my butt thanks me for finding something better than the last. Never accept sub par products!

I was so excited to get this pillow for my ECV. As soon as you sit on this it flattens like a pancake. No support. I am 5'7" and I wear a size 8 so I am not the smallest but I don't think it's supposed to get that flat. I am sending this back immediately.

Office chairs are always comfy at first until our butts smash down the padding in the chair seat. This cushion fixes that problem! It's comfy, thick, and can take a squishing while bouncing right back.This thing has definitely made my lower back muuuuuuuuuuuch happier!
