As described
Came on time and packaged well. The only problem for me was that it was by far easy to remove. I had to cut a careful slit down one side, so when its ready to remove, i can open it up with ease without the spikey bits falling off.

Not great
I cannot get my candle wicks to get through this as it’s so so thick, such a shame as it’s such a pretty shape.

Not for the crafting newbie.
Love the idea of seasonal candles so this looked perfect for what I wanted. However, the silicone is quite thick and the body of the cone obviously bulges in the middle, added to the leaf detailing, this makes it very difficult to remove without cutting the mould (which I had to do to remove the piece in the end). However, if cutting is necessary, (using an x-acto knife) cut from the bottom in zigzags about half way up which will allow hot water & soap to break the seal when pushed from the top. When used, simply put elastic bands around the mould to maintain the seal and/or use plasticine along the cut to prevent leaking.

It just doesn't work
Very disappointing. I followed all the instructions but it didn't work at all.

Bad
very hard material, makes it impossible to remove the whole candle.

Not fit for purpose
The mould is too thick and stiff. I tried two different waves and two different methods and both times the scales broke off inside the mould, which left me with a very mouse-eaten looking pinecone and a devil to clean the mould properly.Don't waste your money (unless you plan on making a candle looking like an overfed mouse to accompany the pine cone on display).I will be returning this for a refund.

Mould too thick to release candle
The mould is thick and unyielding. The instructions advise cutting the mould after the candle has cured, this was impossible and damaged the candle.Ideally the product should be thinner and softer. Alternatively I feel the mould should be supplied pre cut and held together with elastic bands while candle sets.Save your money.
