If you have dense nugs you need to break them up with your hand and then put them in. It grinds nice, sometimes you have to do 2 runs. It’s perfect if you just want to grind enough ouid for a raw paper.

Not a bad product, but the shaking to grind a herb is tiresome.

OK so I could not get it to turn-on and asked for a replacement because it would be perfect for grinding just the right amount of spice right before you cook. When the second one arrived just a day later, same issue and of course the instructions are written in Chinglish. Two of us finally figured it out. The five presses the Chinglish refers too do not turn it on. That just wakes it up. Then a long press afterwards starts it. Phew., best grinder ever, too. The freshness makes all the difference. It's well built and easy to use. Shaking it gives you a finer grind depending on what you are cooking. The glass jars are what makes it stand out. You can always see what you have in them while you are cooking. I do hope I can get more of their fitting jars. The second one sent out is already with my friend. So do not send out any refunds for them. Both are working well. Thank you

Not very powerful, doesn't grind as fine as a hand grinder and has only 2 larger teeth on it. It's easy to use, mostly easy to clean unless it gets sticky, and quiet. But the grind is a bit too rough for me. Also if you put too little herb it won't grind, just bounces around the jar, too much and it won't work at all (and I don't mean jam packed either). It's alright but I'm definitely replacing it with something better ASAP

Was a gift for my dad with arthritis in his hands so it’s hard for him to use a manual grinder for his medical marijuana. It is the best one I’ve found so far for this purpose. 2 downsides to the grinder. 1) the lid is kind of hard to screw on/off. You have to have it seated properly as well. 2) the container needs to be about 1/2 to 2/3 full and sometimes you need to turn it upside down, start the motor and then flip it right side up to get the weed to grind.

Regular grinders are difficulties me to use at times because of the neuropathy in my hand. This grinder is awesome and I can now grind up my herb pain-free!Update: I have been loving this grinder, until today. In the past when it would stop working, I could use the brush to clean it out and it would work again. But not this time. The green light just blinks a few times and it’s not making any noise or anything. My return date expired 2 weeks ago so I guess I’m SOL, unless the company decides to cut me a break and send me a new one.

Fast way to mince up herbs, almost silent operation. Pulse grind (on/off the button) a few times to start the process and shake the grinder once or twice while running to help grind evenly. I found it helps to lightly oil the threads on the jar to make it easier to attach/detach. DO NOT over-tighten the jar - twist by hand gently. Unit arrived almost fully charged, so it was usable right out of the box (nice surprise). Like the auto-shutoff feature in case I forget to turn it off. Upend and shake to remove the last of your ground herbs, and swipe the included brush around inside and under the blades to clean. Very simple operation and unit feels like it will last a long time with care.
