The Seller: When the sanding pads arrived I had to contact the seller regarding a problem. The response to my query was quick and courteous. Within a very short time the matter was sorted to my complete satisfaction.The product: I bought these pads to use on my Erbauer multi-tool and I was wondering if they would be up to the job, especially considering the price. Well, they fit perfectly and although the grip is very good, I've found that reducing the speed by one setting ensures they stay in place. The quality of the grit, so far, has also been very good. I've used four different grades and all performed well.Summary: A good product at a very good price, and a seller who makes the effort to keep his customers happy. What's not to like!
