The Good Place: Seasons 1/2/3/4

Smart and fun. Highly enjoyable. A must see, must have.

I am still watching the episodes and nearing the end of season two I have to say I am enjoying the twists and turns each story provides. I’m not sure how I missed this on TV but my partner and I are thoroughly enjoying it now. The boxset is excellent value for money, outstanding picture and sound quality and my only minor gripe would be the lack of extras (that I see a new US release is adding shortly), otherwise well worth the money.

Very funny, very watchable and interestingly an evolving plot, though always based on the fantasy of living in Heaven or Hell for a group of people who have died and arrived in an afterlife.It's been done before (I think of a Ricky Gervais film (loosely) amongst others) and this series is typically slick and silky.Anyone interested should know that this 4 season box set from Dazzler has English subtitles.

I enjoyed this the first time through, really enjoyed it the second time, and loved it the third time. Buying this on blu ray was a no brainer for me.

When this was first released on Netflix, it was something different to most programmes on TV. It wasn't the generic sitcom style which was refreshing, it had it's own style of feel good.I watched up to season 3 on Netflix, as I cut my subscription to save a bit of money, but then had to return to it to watch season 4. I won't spoil the ending but it works well, and doesn't have the normal cliché feel to it.I've already re-watched the whole series since I bought the Blu-Ray, binging on it, and slowly buying physical copies of my favourite shows so I can wean myself off the subscriptions.

Bought as a Christmas gift for someone who liked the first season that they saw on streaming TV.

I love everything about the Good Place. I was afraid it would disappear from Netflix and I couldn't watch it anytime I wanted to.

I love watching the DVDs, there are lots of bits that you don't see when you watch on Netflix. Nothing that changes the storyline, just extra jokes.

The mini cliffhanger at the end of every episode makes you want to watch the next. So many shows today have no ending (it just stops), a rushed ending (they tried to force everything in), or just a poor ending. This was different. The show didn't drag on too long and the ending was perfect.

Unable to play it...wrong region. Very disappointing. Bought it as a gift. Never thought this would be an issue coming from the US....I know better if it comes from the UK.

Ich find die Serie sehr witzig und sie hat einige coole Handlungswenden. Die serie ist abgeschlossen mit einem passendem Ende.ACHTUNG!!! ist auf englisch

Je connaissais la première saison, j'avais eu envie de voir la suite des aventures d' Eleanor Shellstrop, Michael l'architecte et les autres. Bonne série a voir, malheureusement, les saisons 3 et 4 sont en vost.

Be aware that these discs are shipped from the UK, and formatted in PAL. They will not play on North American DVD/Blu-ray players, but they will play on a PC using VLC Media Player.
