Excellent Price Excellent Quality
A Lifesaver For Sure! I Had Purchased A Starter Off Of A Parts Website And They Ended Up Sending Me The Wrong Type Of Starter Which Was For A Ford F150! After Paying A Pretty Penny To Return The Product I Realized My Budget Limit Was Now $70 Instead Of $120 Complete Waste Of Money, So I Went Ahead And Searched On Here And I Was So Surprised To See They Had The Exact Type Of Starter Needed For My Cadilllac! The Price Was Excellent Compared To Other Sites You Really Couldn't Beat It And The Quality Is Superb Torque On This Is Great Cranks Over With Ease. I Installed It Exactly Two Weeks Ago Today But I Will Be Posting Updates To See How It Holds Up. I ordered this and installed it in my car. It didn't seem to work and I thought it was defective. I returned it with no hassle. Great customer service. I installed one I bought from the local parts store and that had the same issue. Come to find out the problem was with the car ground wire. I mistakenly returned it because of my error. It would have worked fine. Me bad!

Total junk. Be warned
Be warned, piece of junk!!! First one died after 5 days, second one lasted longer, but it made a terrible noise like it was ripping out the teeth on the fly wheel. This one lasted about 3 months , needless to say I have 150 dollars in tow truck fees, both times it failed the car wasn't home go figure . On the Cadillac deville you have to take the intake manifold off, it's like a 3 to 4 hour job, after 2 bad starters, I have taken apart the top of the engine 3 times, this company should be held liable for the damages I incurred , cost of getting it towed twice and all the man hours to do the job. They want to sell junk ,they should pay .I hope that Amazon listened to my advice to stop selling this company's crap. Disappointed with Amazon, for selling their junk .they made me put a star, if I could they would be rated negative 5stars, please don't put yourself thru this trouble.

It's my 2005 Cadillac DeVille.
It's a damn good price for a new starter for my 2005 Cadillac Deville. The hardest part is taking the injectors off and ordering a new manifold seals when you put it back together. The cost is pretty pricey for taking all that apart mechanic charged me about 180 bucks... I'm sure when you take the air manifold off you may find a squirrel or rat nest in the opposite cavity which was in my case. Just be sure to check for broken or chewed up wires from those rodents.
