This book was fantastic. I have absolutely loved reading this series. It hit the feels, the characters are fantastic and I loved how it ended.I was so happy to see Penny remembering everything. I felt so sorry for James dealing with everything, and it was so nice to see her come back to him and support him once again.James has been the best character. His absolutely fantastic. I loved the fact that there were chapters from his point of view in this series. After reading The Hunted Series and then this series, I feel like I really know James and Penny.It was really nice to see the other characters and get an idea of their happy endings at the end. They were as much of the story as Penny and James.Literally, this book couldn’t have ended any better, and I actually feel kind of sad that it’s over. I’ve binged read these books, so Penny and James have completly taken over my mind. I love James. He’s just the best. They both deserved their happy ending.My only tiny issue was when Penny was reading Scarlet her favourite book. We didn’t need to read that many pages of it, and to be honest, I skipped through most of that bit. I did enjoy the memories being retold as she remembered them though.Overall, I would definitely recommend this series. I think The Hunted Series should be read first in order to completely understand how gut wrenching this series has been to read. I have never read a book series so fast! I love, LOVE this series! I cried and laughed and my heart broke into a million pieces. Thank you so much for writing something so real and lovely.

I wasn’t sure if I’d want to read all 8 books but I’m so glad I did, I loved penny and James but I also loved all the other characters too, so many ups and downs throughout the story, so many emotions from the different books, you really get drawn in

What can I say, I loved this series. I thought I wouldn’t like it due to some of the context but there was a story, romance, arguments, betrayal it had it all for me. I think this would make a great movie. Move over fifty shades of grey.

I felt like I was actually a part of their lives. I felt the power of their love, their anxieties & fears. I laughed with them (often with a deep belly laugh) & and i cried with them (a real sobbing fest at times). I was angry for them at times & awed by their bravery & refusal to accept defeat or give up. I felt the warmth of their love & the safety of their support within their bubble of family and friends.I can honestly say this is the best book series I have ever read (and I have read a lot of excellent books).All the way through I had the same thought over & over again, this wasnt only a book series, it is a Film or TV Series in the making.Thank you Ivy for letting me be part of this wonderful journey, you have made being in lockdown so much easier. I honestly couldn't put these books down. Amazing writing. Had it in tears. Made me smile. Made my heart swell. I hope one day I am truly blessed with finding that kind of love with a man! People say don't believe the fiction of the books you read-it's not true, it's a fairytale. But I honestly feel that there is someone out there for us all, and I hope one day I'll be lucky enough to find the one that 'my heart beats for'

This book finished off the series and tied up loose ends but it was a bit melodramatic and overly sentimental. Penny was less annoying and James was as interesting as ever. The side characters got their HEAs too which was nice. Overall it is worth reading.

This series was amazing, ive be unable to put it down every page had me gribbed and just when you thought everything was great there was another twist. I love when you get both sides of the story on how they both feel, I felt like i was seeing their lives through my eyes i was so drawn to them. I never wanted it to end it was happy, emotional and amzing to read i have never cried when reading a book but this series was emotional. I love the characters, You wish you had a similar love they shared. Thank you so much for this. hands down the best ive read so far you truly made me into a bookworm thank you.

I loved Penny and James's ending. Thank you, Ivy Smoak. It was the trials and tribulations that they had to endure to get to their happy place. They have Scarlett aka Scar and Liam the little warrior. They were fighting a battle of their health, James and Liam that a person that didn't have money might have died from, but because of James and Penny's wealth they were able to get a second opinion from the best doctors in the country, who just happened to be no further than Newark Delaware, where Penny went to school, and Professor James taught classes in Communication. We find that these group of young people have chosen to make each other their family. There is Rob and Daphne, Jame's brother and his wife. Mason and Bee, Mason is James's best friend and Bee and Penny became close. There is the single person in the group Matthew. Then there is Ian and Jen and Melissa and Josh and of course Tyler and Hailey, Tyler was and is Penny's best friend. They have all become family. I just loved that they loved each other so much that they looked out for one another. This story was so emotional, but I didn't expect any different. Penny had amnesia. She had been poisoned by her gynecologist so that he could replace her former doctor as the best one in New York or in the United States, isn't that one of the craziest things that you think a doctor would do and he was still trying to kill her. Then we find out that somehow vitamins had got mixed up and James had been poisoned. James has gone through a lot with Isabella trying to kill her and almost succeeding but didn't of course, but she did shoot him three times. Any how I loved this series and definitely loved this the finale book because Penny and James get their happily ever after.

I read the whole series in a week and a half and I’m not even much of a reader. I couldn’t put these books down and I’m sad that the series is over. I’ve actually been talking about the series to my colleagues . Now several of the girls in my office are reading this collection. Well done Ivy Smoak!

I started reading Temptation 2days ago, and all 6books following Penny and James's story were so intriguing that I couldn't stop until the end. Their dynamic took me through quite a roller coaster of emotions, and I would definitely recommend reading the entire series to anyone who loves a good romance

It an amazing story, I couldn’t sleep until I finished each book of this series, it made me cry and same time laughing.

I read all 8 books plus the three of James POV in less than 10 days. I have never felt so many emotions from books before. I literally laughed and cried and was so angry. This was an amazing love story, I literally couldn’t get enough! I’m still crying! Wow!
