It's an excellent book explain very easy and funny

One of the things I've always liked about Barron's Painless Grammar is the easy to read presentation of information, bold, colored section titles and whimsical illustrations making it kid friendly. This fifth edition has stripped away everything that made previous versions stand out from all other grammar books. There are no illustrations, no colored section titles, and the layout is not as easy on the eyes. It presents grammar in the same boring way as many other grammar books. I've included a photo of the fourth edition Table of Contents with color and easier to read layout, compared to the fifth edition Table of Contents. I've also included a photo of the back cover of the fourth and fifth edition side by side.I plan to return this book, and find a used copy of the fourth edition.In addition, this fifth edition of the book seems to have cut corners where it comes to quality. The paper has a cheaper feel and there are skid marks and improperly trimmed edges on the copy I received.
