Get The Next Size Up!
They do the job of keeping you warm and dry, but they run a little small, so get the next size up. I needed snow pants for a trip up the mountains. Based off the chart, I should’ve been a XXL. I tried them on when they came and they were a little tight, but I could still move. Since my trip was a in a couple of days, I didn’t have time to get another pair. So I figured they’d stretch and loosen as I moved around throughout the day and I’d be fine. Well, the day came when I needed them. We were getting ready to go sledding and, as I bent over to put on my boots, the pants popped open and the clasp broke off. I didn’t know what to do since 1) I didn’t have any other pants with me warm enough for sledding in 16 degrees. So I wore them anyway. They did their job of keeping me dry and warm but they wouldn’t stay up unzipped. So I had to pull my pants up every time I got back to the top of the hill. Which, despite the fear of my pants falling down, added to the laughs of the trip.

Warm and fitting pants
Been looking for a second pair of pants as winter is approaching. The winters here gets a bit chilly and very wet (rains everyday). My other requirement is to be able to bring up the mountains for snowboarding season.Came across these pants as I previously bought another Acme Project coat (which was wonderful as well!), I wore it today for a walk around the neighbourhood, and they are definitely very warm. Comparing with my other pair of snowboarding pants, I think these pants will definitely be able to replace my current ones!

ACME slacks
The length is really long. I will alter that problem. Good product.

Rubbish Product. Poorly made and designed for umpa lumpas
These trousers are a really wierd fit.The pocket zips broke the first time that I wore them. They come down as you walk.I would send them back if I could be bothered.A complete waste of money.

Good quality material, water RESISTANT not proof, better QC at the factory is required
TONS of loose threads, I spent 10 minutes fixing the TONS of long thread ends everywhere! The amount was crazy but a good lighter and viola!Overall I wear a 34/30 pant and they are somewhat comfortable fitting, but based on comments previously that suggested a size up, I di that (35) but with the elastic I would not have done this, I would have ordered my standard sizing. The elastic fit will give you a 4 size range clearance so be wary. Now the length...these I will say were a 33" inseam so my wife hemmed them for me and I like the set up now as I can wear a base layer under them and they will fit almost like a warm over-pant for hiking.I use my gaiters in deep snow as you should or hiking in wet dew like conditions as the material will resist moisture for about 30-monutes but these most certainly are not waterproof at all.The front pockets do have YKK zippers on them, I have not yet tested the wind resistance levels but will over the new few days.In reality, if you hike you know this already, these are a good base but if it is wet out, take your rain gear which is likely an over pant that is completely waterproof.A good buy at a good price, any higher I would have to say forget them.

Perfect!
I started browsing Amazon for women’s winter pants, being a woman myself at 5’7 115lbs. Finding nothing practical, I turned to men’s clothing and found pants that were actually a size 28! I’m a 27 usually. I bought these on a whim, figuring I’m probably tall enough for the pant legs. Thankfully, I was right. With my snow boots on, they reach just above my ankle. Using a belt, these are high waisted for me, which I love. They look like they are straight leg but they are more flared at the bottom. I’ve worn these pants now in varying cold weather from -13 to -30C.They are perfect. The outer layer keeps my legs dry while the thermal lining keeps them warm. I wear them on my walks to work and back home. I’m always toasty, almost sweating but it’s better than not being able to feel my limbs when I get home.Overall, would highly recommend! For the price too, it’s a steal.

Be aware of the sizes, the fabric stretches
What I don't like about these pants is the fitting, My waist is normally 40" so based on the suggested sizing chart, I ordered XXL but I have to return it and bought XL and yet it's still too large, so probably Large is the best fit. So I suggest don't follow their sizing chart because the waistline material is elastic, One thing I like about this product is the water repellency, and it's warm enough to use for walking in cold weather.
