very helpful and beautiful design
when I ordered I was worried that it may not work properly because it seems to be a small item but when I got it I really loved it because it saves me time due that I can sterilize the bottles, and warm the baby's formula, moreover is really cute and beautiful.

Multipurpose design that woks
The product is as described. We use it for warming the formula milk and sterilizing the bottles. It usually takes 5 to 6 minutes to warm the milk depending on the quantity. Used with NUK Simply Natural Baby and Tommee Tippee bottles and works as expected. The design is simple with easy to control dispaly.

Heats up way too hot
I thought this would be the best product, now I only use it for sanitizing because heating up milk in it makes it wayy too hot. It’s supposed to only heat to 104º but it always goes up to 150ish, so not only does it take forever to heat up then you have to wait for it to cool down. Do not recommend.

I don’t how to use it
Even with the directions I still was confused. It’s just sitting on my counter. I should have just bought a simple bottle warmer. It’s very nice and looks exactly like the pictures. I recommend if you can figure out how to use it

Confusing/scant instructions, but works great!
This item is very useful, but there was a learning curve with the instructions, as you might think the buttons you press are actually the little icons for glass, silicone, etc. You will only need to very lightly press the on/off button and the function/lock button to warm bottles. I nearly returned this warmer because I though it was defective until I was so frustrated I finally watched some videos. I so wanted this to work! Now that I've figured it out I'm happy with it! The instructions in the box are very scant.

Exactly as described and in the picture! GOOD QUALITY. So excited to try the bottle warmer it will make it alot easier for my fiancé to warm our bottles up! Love having a sterilizer option. So happy its 2 in one so we dont gave to get two things!
