Easy to install. I went a different route with learning it into the app and it still works great.Side note: make sure your garage opener is compatible.

When it works it's great but constatly gets disconnected from my network...I have a mesh network in my home and it's bathed in signal...very frustrating coming home on my motorcycle only to find my garage door opener is offline....again.Then I need to get a ladder and reset the device and reconnect to my phone app.

With the exception of some spelling mistakes in the manual, and some steps that aren’t obvious without the instructions. For instance, when adding the device to the app, you choose WiFi socket instead of garage door opener. Besides that, it’s wired directly into your garage door so no need to use the learning button. It pairs very easily to the garage door sensor so that it knows when the door is open or closed. I also really like the app (pictured) because it has some neat features like alert and timer. The best feature and the reason for five stars is the integration with Alexa. I had another wireless adapter for my garage door that didn’t have an Alexa skill which made it useless. This one has an Alexa skill and it is so natural - “Alexa, open my garage door.”

It was very easy to pair this with my wifi. I already had the app for another device. Pairing the open close sensor was easy as well. You mount it with velcro to the top section of the door panels. I like it.

The installation was easy and worked. But after couple hours the device disconnect from the WiFi and stay disconnected until I press the reset button working for another few hours.Do not recommend.

This opener is easy to install. Unfortunately there is another app that needs to be installed.

We looked everywhere for the 'non-compatible list of door openers that this would not work with, and could not find it even online. We unfortunately assumed that a brand new garage door opener made by one of the biggest names in garage door openers, would be compatible...it wasn't.It was a total waste of time and effort.They REALLY need to update their Amazon description to include their so called non-compatible list in the same page as their wifi controller.

Such an easy install! Great price point!
