so much lighter!!
the posted weights don't seem like they would make much of a difference but oh my GOD they do!! it makes me actually want to use my crutches more which is great because then I can actually do things without being in (as much) constant pain. the surface area obviously is a lot smaller which might not be ideal if you struggle with balance and I would still use the high performance if I were on something other than the sidewalk or indoors, but this is a million times better for just doing things in daily life. I'm honestly confused as to why they don't ship the crutches with these instead of the high performance in the first place. in every other aspect the quality is just as good as the original ones that ship with the ergobaum forearm crutches.

The only one
These are the only tips my amputee husband will use. All other tips just break off, most of them within a few days. These lasted almost a year. Which is good for us

looks sturdy
seems ok… don’t know how long it’ll be useful for but for now relatively easy, and seems like it’ll work

Great buy.
Works like a charm on my tactical cane. I also think it makes my cane look cooler. Very stabilizing (a friend of mine put her full weight on the cane in a really almost dangerous way but the rubber tip made it so she didn't hurt herself).

Great ! Get the ultralite for regular cane
I bought two of these Ergocaps. Their effect can be somewhat subtle at first, but is significant with use. I have very bad shoulders and wrists and using a cane with a regular tip was causing some problems and was far from smooth going. With the Ergocap, there is a gentle roll of the cane as I walk. I don't catch the cap on gravel ,etc. And I don't have to pick it up mid stride. I know that is confusing, but it's just hard to describe. BOTTOM LINE I have less shoulder and wrist pain. I ordered the regular Ergocaps and they are way too large and heavy for a regular can. They're more suitable for crutches in my opinion. So go with the ultralite.

Awesome!!
I was a starter in 4 Varsity Sports a year and every Summer I was on a Softball of Basketball travelling team. I had many injuries that required using crutches. I became very good on them. However; when I put a pair of the Ergoactive crutch tips on my crutches it was a whole new world! I felt so confident, I could walk thru places that was raining, then walked on a slick floor without worrying about slipping or falling . These Ergoactive crutch tips are one of the absolutely needed product's that are necessary for any crutch tip. My Orthopedic Surgeon is now using them too!

Lasted just over a year, now on my second set
These lasted just over a year with daily use for a handicapped teenager. Much better grip than the standard ones that came with his forearm crutches. Tight grip on the crutch itself the rubber just started to wear out. Not surprised as sidewalks are not easy on rubber. This is our second set as I just looked up my previous Amazon orders and bought the same ones as they worked well the first time out.
