don't add fingers to your finger food
the best invention ever i have tried for years to chop like a pro only to wind up a bloody mess. this helps me preserve my knuckles and blood. they are great and allow me to prepare my recipes like a pro highly recommend

So they are light and the finger "crimps" feel a bit flimsy but it all works well. My wife still has all her fingers and not so much as a paper cut.
