Well worth the money!
I was a little leery of buying a set of knock offs but I figured that they are back up sights so why spend another 150$ on a set of premium sights. I bought a set of these for a build that I wanted to match with another upper receiver that has the magpul mbus pro's on it. They are exact copies with out magpul markings on them. They are unfinished so I plan on dusting them with a little Flat black Duracoat. they seem to be well built and flip up and down very well. It should also be noted that they are made of aluminum not steel like the Magpul ones are. Since they're aluminum they weigh a little less and I wonder if it will actually be better for my aluminum freefloat rail. Running a suppressor generates a lot of heat at the muzzle end of the rail and no doubt the rail and BUS on it will heat up. Since the rail and the sight are made of the same material it may avoid problems with different expansion rates. Not something I have tested or observed but just a thought. I will upload some side by side pictures of the magpuls vs these. The magpuls are the ones that look nicer. Took off a star for being unoriginal and for the finish

Not a bad deal, for the price.
Three stars because they are untested as of now. When I get a chance to get to the range and they zero fine then I will bump this to four stars.Shipping: For-Ev-Ver! But they are coming from overseas. If you are patient then not a big deal.Fit and Finish: front sight was slightly out of spec when going on the rail....ever so slightly and therefor not too big a deal. You should expect any knock-off item out of China to have either chatter marks or edges/cuts to not be as precise. I suspect their machines tolerances are not as good as US factory machines and they probably don't change the tooling out as often...which means dull tooling as not as precise edges/cuts. But both front and back fit on the rail and tightened down without problem. Finish was good as can be expected. Not the same as Magpul which is deeper and thicker and much better quality. However, for the price....not too big a deal.Function: there did appear a few scratches marks from assembly but it did not affect the flip up and down. Seemed to lock in place in both the up and down position.Overall appears to be a good deal. Again, if they zero and maintain zero on the next range trip I'll bump this to a four star review.

Good looking knockoffs but it ends there
Good looking knockoffs but it ends there. Opened the box installed on AR 15 flattop using my rifle rest. On sight-in adjustment attempt with bore laser tried to adjust front sight elevation and upon inspection the front pin was not perfectly straight. Attempted to adjust height with adjustment wheel and pin did not move up or down. Returned to Amazon as defective for full credit.Emailed Hunting Planet for possible explanation or remedy and they answered "Thank you very much. We've initiated a full refund for this order already."I guess it goes with the import strategy! Buy em cheap enough and sell at a good margin to absorb the loss on dealing with inferior products. CHEAP IS CHEAP.

Great sights for the $$
These look great and are all metal. My only complaint is I cannot get the front sight low enough to line up with my laser bore sight. I may have to grind it down. That's fine. It would be worse if it was too low and wouldn't adjust high enough. Also noted they needed a good scrubbing and oiling before use. There was some salt left over from the parkerizing.Otherwise the quality is great for the $$.

Very impressed
These are Chinese knockoffs of Magpul Pro sights. They were shipped from Shenzhen China. For knockoffs these are very good. The finish is beautiful and nothing like the ugly older posts I saw here. They appear to be anodized (except for the windage knob). The fit is tight. There is not a micron of movement in the front or rear sights whether they are in a down or an up position. These are rock solid and frankly better than I expected. There is no play in the adjustment knobs and they give solid clicks for micro adjustments. For the money, these sights simply can't be beat. That is if you are willing to risk them possibly being radioactive ;-) Together they weigh 80 grams or 2 7/8 oz.

Pretty damn nice!
Not bad for the price, IMO. I can't speak to the other reviews that complained about finish quality, but my examples were well finished. Are they Magpul MBUS Pro quality? No. But then again, these are BACK UP sights for me. And since my primary sighting system is an Aimpoint CompM3, I seriously doubt these BUIS will ever see any use outside of initial sight in. They seem sturdy and well built so I have no doubt that they're up to the task that I have in mind for them... To basically just sit there, folded down, just in case of the unlikely event that my Aimpoint ever fails. Would I by these again? YES!

Pleasantly surprised
I ordered these sights a little skeptical after reading the other reviews, but I have to say I'm very pleased with them. Now I do have a set of the legitimate magpul mbus pro sights. These are incredible spot on to the real ones, minus the magpul markings. They feel well built, lock up solid when flipped up and down. I read in other reviews that the finish on them wasn't great, so I was expecting that, but to my surprise the finish on the ones I received was actually very nice. They're anodized and match up perfectly to finish on my AR. I have no negatives to say about these, and for over a hundred dollars less than the magpul ones, you get an awesome set of flip up sights that are almost indistinguishable from the real ones.

Very Pleased
For the money, these are incredible. The finish on the sights I received was acceptable, not Magpul nice, but not Magpul priced either. (I love Magpul gear by the way.) I rubbed a little CLP on them and they look great. They fit perfect, hold zero, lock up well in both positions and are rock solid. They're great low profile back up sights on a well used gun. What else could I want.
