Absolutely works. Its not going to make you faster but to me it lighten the stress. It's skinnier in the off area and feels like a 36T in the power area. Works great. Using it for climbing and it's made a huge difference. I also own the 34T and it's less oval than the 36T. It feels like a 36T where it counts and a 34T where it doesn't.
