These are exactly the kind that my orthodontist gave me when I got my retainers. They are great and they will last about six months. I wish they lasted longer, but for my purposes, they worked just fine and they are cheap.

Purchased these retainer bites a few times when I wore Invisalign. Works much better than the clear tubes offered at the orthodontists.

I purchased these for seating my Invisalign trays. The green chewies the orthodontist gave me were way too round and slippery and would either shoot out of my mouth or almost down my throat.These chewies were far superior because:- being square made them easier to chew- they were not slippery at all- 2 options for chewy firmness- not terribly expensiveMy only complaint - they break down and tear way too fast! I used these multiple times a day and could barely get 2 weeks out of them before they were torn up and unusable. They aren't terribly expensive however if you are needing to buy them frequently, the replacement costs start to add up. If they made these from more durable materials, they would be perfect.

I have sensitive teeth, and I use the soft blue one to set my Invisalign trays. My ortho recommended using these for 3-5 minutes every morning and evening, but I find that I prefer to chew them for a minute or two every time I put my trays back in to set them. These make a HUGE difference in the discomfort from new trays, reducing painful trays to just a tight/pressure feeling. The blue ones last me ~7 weeks, or ~3-4 trays. Love how comfortable these are to use. The shape is great for rolling around your mouth to use on the hard-to-set areas. These also seem to be beneficial for outcomes, since new tray haloes disappear once I use these. The only con is, they sometimes squeak loud enough when being chewed that it annoys my spouse. Highly recommend to others with Sensitive teeth and Invisalign or other tray based orthodontia.

Really liked these chews! They seem to last a long time without breaking down. When I’m done, I just put it in my retainer cleaner with my retainer and then reuse the next day.

I like the shape and the option to choose hard or soft but they break down too quickly. I use mine for 2-3 days once I switch to a new aligned set. I went through two orange ones already in two months. They do better when kept out of the aligned holder as moisture seems to make them break down faster. Once you get a cut in them, they don’t work so well anymore. The soft ones are lasting longer but I don’t use them as much either.

I really like these chews better than the chewies that I got with my Candid aligners.The texture is really good and I like that there’s a softer and firmer chew. The shape of these ones help keep them in place while biting down and I haven’t had any problems with them slipping out of the place or suctioning to the sides of my mouth like the pool noodle looking chewies.

I love the shape of these chewies. They don’t slip around like the round ones and these make seating my aligners super easy. Reordered!
