As a retired art teacher of 47 years, I have can recognize a good pair of scissors or snips. These are a good size for small to medium sized hands. Super duper sharp and a good runner-up for a number one position! They do not come with a storage sleeve for the point of this scissors, but have a small lock. They do not come apart for deep cleaning, but they are made from stainless steel. The packaging is entirely in Chinese except for the words widely used and do it yourself handicrafts and hobbies. The handles are ribbed to prevent slipping and there is a small lock on the scissors as well as notch for cutting wire. You could use these for gardening, small pruning, perhaps in the kitchen or for any hobby projects. I plan on using can to cut up my cardboard from Amazon and packages. Really inexpensive and great. I would not use these for appendectomies!

I bought the Stedi scissors about 2-1/2 years ago. I use them several times a week to cut various materials. I've cut plastic, cardboard, meats/bone, and metal. They always cut easily and have not dulled even after all this time. The grip is solid and ergonomic. They have no trace of rust. They are easy to clean (I always hand wash them, but don't know if they can be cleaned in the dishwasher.) These are my go-to scissors when I have something difficult to cut. I highly recommend!

These are a great pair of shears. I use them for cutting dense plastic sheets and they work well for that. They’re small enough to be maneuverable and nimble.

Slightly expensive but absolutely the best scissors you can buy. Very sharp and cuts all types of material, even thin metal. Excellent quality control in build quality and very comfortable to use.

I like the scissors they are sharp and cut as expected but I wish I would have purchased the larger ones for what I am using them for. Overall solid product.

Good for light metal and wire, cardboard, when scissors just aren't heavy enough to handle the job. I use them for chicken wire and light metals

Acetate, cardboard, rope, leather, that annoying plastic casing that products like batteries are packaged in.., wire (prob 14 gauge and smaller), acetate, flower stems, small branches… etc
