Should have really clocked when the flavour is citrus and menthol! Makes for a very strange combination.Not really in it for the flavour and it does the job.

Gels out of date
Gels expiratory date was from 2 months ago (November 2022). Tried contacting for a refund but have been unable to. Very disappointed as no mention on product description of best before dates

Turns one into a turbo!
Boy, I hated these at first. Menthol! Ugh! But by the 3rd time, I've made the compromise that since they set me off like a 'turbo' after having them, I don't mind the menthol taste. Quite soothing instead😄I use to take 1 SIS gel every 5-7k. One turbo gel last me for 10k! I was in shock. Now this is my gel of choice. I'm scared my body will get use to it and I'll become less turbo - that's how good it is! Higly recommended.

I like the gels but the package was damaged and two gels were leaking. Too messy to return.
