This mat has helped my daughter who has a plate in one foot relieve some discomfort after wearing certain footwear after walking long distances at school. I ended up buying a second one for myself since I stand up all day and my feet are achy. This has helped to soothe my feet . My daughter states that it also has helped her foot .

Pleasantly surprised. This one was so much less expensive than the other one that I was looking at that my expectations were not super high. It is, as i feared, a little bit hard but it is not so hard that it hurts my feet. I think it has helped my issue too. So, I would recommend this even though i wish it was a bit softer, and it does not hurt my feet at all.

This foot massager is awesome. It is like rubber feel and also can be used in the pool. It is like double duty in the pool. Exfoliates your feet in the pool or shower too. Just love it and great price as well..

When I got the package I was underwhelmed by its size. I did not think it was wide enough for my liking. But after using it, I realized it’s perfectly sized. Standing on it for a few minutes & rocking helped alleviate knee pain. I guess I’m a convert. It started as a meh, now I like it.

I initially purchased this item to use at my desk. I loved it. I am able to get foot pain relief easily. I purchased a second one for a relative who walks a lot at work. They too experienced foot relief immediately.

I was sure that I would stand on this for less than an hour and then return it because I thought it was a gimmick. I cannot bring myself to return this thing. It feels great and I use it about twice a week.

I use it every morning to step and wake up all my sleepy tensions and muscles and night before go to bed to relief tired feets.
