I ordered the iPod and I loved it however I took it in a hot car and then in the cold pool and it quit working. I contacted swim audio immediately and they replaced it as soon as they got it. They were very good to return my emails and didn't give me any hassle about replacing itthey also explain how to take better care of the battery so that I wouldn't do it again I appreciate that very muchthe ipod works great i swim everyday and never had a problem till i left it in car

My wife's earphones shorted out after only 8 uses and do not work any more at all.....my earphones have noise level problems, raising and lowering the sound randomly, when I try to change podcasts it goes back to the one I have just heard, the design with the overvoice is tedious, when it shows it has about 15 things on it but it will only play 3 over and over and over again and even though I hook it up to iTunes and change everything, it still has the SAME 3 podcasts and will never erase them.....considering the price for the two iPods and earphones was well over $240, I think we got took, hook, line and sinker.....DO NOT FALL for this and do not buy it!

I use this once every week for over a year now and really enjoy it. Everything works great, however the ear buds do get filled with water which compromises the sound. I have had a hard time figuring out how to make the ear buds keep water out better, which is my only complaint. Honestly I don't know how you could fix that, and I haven't ever tried any other ear bud but all in all I really enjoy listening to some good music while swimming and this really works for me.

Bought this in July 2014. First one lasted about 6-8 months. Replacement just died after about the same amount of time. Both units stopped holding a charge after being used for about 6 to 8 months. They did replace the first one as it was guaranteed. Now I guess I have to buy another. I am going to look for an alternate product. Good luck.

AT First I had given this product a 5 star review after having it for a couple of weeks. I now realize this was too soon to call it a 5 star item. I had only used a couple of times in the pool, before it stopped working completely, it does not produce any sign of functioning even somewhat at all. The Item is completely defective and I believe it has something to do with water damage, which is quite ironic.Update-I contacted the seller somewhat angry. They were very understanding and replied immediately about how to send it in for evaluation and exchange if necessary. It turned out to be a minor issue with the charging cable (so it seems) or the battery of the shuffle. They were very prompt and curtious. Amazing customer service and I am back to using my shuffle even more often than before. Once again a satisfied customer.

The iPod shuffle buttons are sticky, not very responsive to touch. Swam with it one time, and I'm still wiping the waterproofing goo off of it. The earbuds that shipped with the product only worked in one ear during my swim. Got home, plugged in some regular earbuds and those work fine in the iPod shuffle, just their earbuds don't work in one ear. Wishing I would have bought the other brand I was considering. Now I have to figure out how to return the ear buds but keep the shuffle. What a hassle.

iPod is great...but the headphones that came with if didn't work.

It was so great when it was working. Sound was perfect..even better under water--- but after 3 months the battery completely fried and it went dead :(
