Since using this product I have not had a cold in three years. I use it as soon as I feel like I might be coming down with a cold, sore throat and use it for about four days in a row. Love this product.

I love this stuff! Tastes awful but keeps me healthy. I take it 3 to 4 times daily whenever I feel something coming on, and it truly keeps the colds at bay.
