Works like a charm. Don't take on an empty stomach.
My cousin introduced this to me many many years ago. It works like a charm follow the directions. Also, please make sure you have food in your stomach. I once took it on an empty stomach and because of the combination of peppers or God knows what that is in it. It burned my esophagus my throat. My stomach I had to make myself throw up. It was so painful. I almost had to call 911 so just make sure you have food in your stomach before you take it. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, but the product works beyond anything else!!
