I have tried every natural product advertised to lose weight...green tea, raspberry key tones, etc and it's all been a waste of money. I saw this product and the great reviews it has received and figured it was cheap enough to give it a try. This is my 5th day on it and I can honestly say that it totally works!!! It definitely controls my appetite and takes away my cravings for sweets. I will definitely buy again!

I have nearly finished with one bottle, taken as directed, and do not see any impact on my weight loss, so I will not be purchasing any more of this product. I was losing an average of one pound per week before starting with Forskolin and that remained the same while I was using it, so it is a waste of money for me.

Did not like this product

I've used other brands of forskolin and I liked them because they mildly relieved my constipation starting with the first tablet. I bought this brand because I saved a few dollars and this brand did not work at all. It was a waste of money.

I was excited to receive the product, started the next day taking it, very disappointed, I gained weight!!

As I have been experiencing with food cravings even though we tried to follow a balanced daily intake and reasonable diet. As we are including several natural supplements for our healthy way of living, then we have added Forskolin to complete our efforts for lose weight. We understand that this supplement must be taken regularly in order to achieve results, so we decided to take one in the morning before breakfast and one in the afternoon; so it seems that it is working for us in that way.For me, this supplement based on Forskolin Extract (Coleus forskohlii plant) has reduced my hunger level and craving for addictive foods. The main objective is to regulate your appetite by the intake of this natural supplement. It is said that forskolin will also help you with relief certain symptoms of bladder infections, insomnia, allergies, certain skin conditions among other. Although, I have not experienced a relief in such symptoms as I am not suffering from any of those but in my own experience I can positive say that I have reduce appetite for addictive food and I am also feeling with less cravings whatsoever.I have used Thermogenics Supplements in the past (and still do); also, I have taken one-single active ingredient to prevent my metabolism to slow down but to increase my body’s inner core temperature to promote a healthier fat burning and these kind of supplements have their pro’s and con’s. With Forskolin I haven’t got any side effects and some positive results I have seen as my body fat index has decreased slowly but continuously. That is why I keep taking Forskolin.According to researchers, Forskolin aids the production of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), a key signaling agent in several biochemical processes. Researchers have found that Forskolin promotes the breakdown of stored fats and cAMP may help regulate the metabolism of glycogen to release fatty acids from adipose tissue, resulting in increased thermo-genesis.

So far I've had an ok experience with this product with no negative side effects. It doesn't lead to a crash at the end of the day like some other products I've tried, and it does seem to be curbing my appetite, but I think it will take more time to tell (I've been taking it for about a week). I did some research and this product has the recommended amount of forskolin to be effective, however it does also include some ingredients/fillers that are recommended to avoid (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), so I would rate this brand as a middle tier product. Let me start by saying, I was skeptical that this product would work. I have tried numerous OTC weight loss supplements but never tried Forskolin. So....I have been taking this for about 2 weeks and I LOVE IT!! I have lost about 5 pounds with NO CHANGE IN DIET OR EXERCISE. This is the only thing I am doing differently, so I can assume that this product is working for me. It is so nice to have a product that actually does something as described. I am so happy that I tried this and plan on continuing in the future.I received this product for a reduced price for a FAIR and HONEST review.
