Order arrived quickly. Taken at bedtime with hot milky drink, along with vitamins E & D as a natural sedative. They’re small & easy to take. Tablets are scored so can be cut in half. Read other reviews which recommend for hair loss. Just had a stressful few months, resulting in above, but too early to comment if they’re helping. Love the clean white packaging & sealable top. Easy to post through letterbox & easy to store. Made in the uk which is a bonus. Will definitely buy again.

I'll be really honest, I didn't look into all the benefits for Selenium when I bought it. I was playing with my hair one night and noticed clumps were falling off and it didn't take much tugging for my hair to get pulled out from the roots. Looked up online and the keyword was Selenium for better hair and nails. I've been taking the tablets every morning now without much thought and only noticed recently that my baby hairs are going a bit mad. At 34, these hairs are sprouting at a somewhat alarming rate and the bald patches I've had from years of tight ponytails seem to be less noticeable. My scalp is stronger. In fact, when I pull a strand out, it snaps off instead of getting pulled out by the root. My nails are probably stronger too but I can't really tell because I've kept them short for years now. Now the British summer is approaching and I have waist-length, wavy, thick hair with rampant baby hairs and I'm turning into Hagrid in this heat. I'm starting to question my life choices. Where am I supposed to find a hairdresser now to chop off all this hair? Should I do Brad Mondo's hair cutting tutorial?

I am a first time buyer of this product. Even during covid19 it arrived when it was promised. The tablets are tiny - a great plus point if you take lots of prescription tablets or supplements, as I do. About the size of a sweetener tablet (although that's the only resemblance to sweeteners, as it contains none, nor any sugars, preservatives or colours. The packaging for the tablets is very Eco: they are in neither a plastic container (yeh!) nor a glass bottle, but a flat durable 'paper' wallet with a resealable strip (paper is the only way I can describe it, but it's durable, not flimsy). It's alway difficult to judge the efficacy of any supplement as they rarely give overnight tangible benefit, and you tend to 'just realise' one day, that something's better, but there have been no negative effects of any kind, even though I ordinarily suffer from IBS. I shall certainly buy again, especially since I like the Eco feel to the company and that they hold an 'Ethical Company' Award.

I have only been taken these for a couple of weeks I have a optics thyroid I was losing my hair just at the sides I have noticed this has grown back now lots of baby hair coming through as for my thyroid not sure if it is helping I will find out next month when I see my consultant

Recently I read a Letter in The Guardian online (1 June 2021), which, after firstly referencing vitamin D, quite rightly, went on to describe 'the importance of selenium in fighting viral infections' and in helping to prevent damage to tissues caused by inflammation.Not all multivits/minerals contain selenium (*always* check the label), so I went looking. I eventually happened upon Oxford Vitality's product, selenium selenite. The tablets are small, easy to swallow, and by the look of it, can even be chopped in half. I bought a pack in early June 2021, on which the Best Before date is September 2022. So a good long shelflife. And made in the UK. What more to say.

Been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I already feel the difference. I use to spend my days feeling like rubbish, migraines, low mood and fatigue. These have been a game changer! I go to work Feeling awake, migraines have subsided and I'm definitely less tired during the day. Also noticed a weight loss, never expected that!!I did a lot of research before I purchased selenium, and spoke with a doctor who recommended them aswell. I take it first thing in the morning with my brew and a bit of fruit. Thank you Oxford Vitality!!

Any difference i feel at this point would be only psychological so cannot really comment on them as a whole but will update again in 2 weeks but the service on delivery was great, the reason i looked into Selenium was that i have suspected i have an under active thyroid even though tests came up ok and every thing else was ok i just didn't for some reason trust the results i was given when you feel tired and only want to sleep after doing just a little housework something is wrong and not being over weight and no viral markers what have i too loose by trying them and good luck if you have a similar issue
