Its working so far
It takes 3 days to warm the bed up u have to drain the bed completely to install the heater.

Will not last!
I have had a water bed for 33yrs and this was my 3rd heater in 33 yrs, and this one only lasted 2yrs and3 mo. Takes time to change these things out especially at my age.

Heater seems to be OK.... Company ...
Heater seems to be OK....Company refuses to give address after 3 requests.I don't know if there is something amiss or not. Seems strange they don't want you to know theiraddress, but they say they are in Colorado......I wonder if that is true hmmmm
