Not food-grade
While very cute in concept, I'm giving this product two stars because:1. (Minor issue) I received a blue bowl rather than the green I ordered.2. (Minor issue) Initial shipping deadline wasn't met.3. (Major issue) This product is not food-grade. When I first washed the bowls, I noticed water seeping into the tiny holes in the bottom of the upper chamber (I've attached an image showing two of the four holes from which liquid can enter). I heard water swishing around in there and no matter how hard I shook, I couldn't remove all of the water. I air dried the bowls overnight, and upon inspecting in the morning, still found drops of water seeping out of the tiny holes. This product is not safe as a food container! I could only imagine rancid days-old water (and whatever other liquids that manage make it in) seeping out and onto the lunch stored in the lower chamber. Barf!

So this would get 5 stars if all the components were dishwasher safe. It's not at all hard to clean, that being said. But alas.

Lunch Bowl
Really fun design. Seals well. Love that it comes in a 2 pack. Definitely a conversation piece. I received this item at a discounted rate in exchange for a honest review.
