Montreal Steak seasoning is a classic rub for steaks, and our version takes it a couple of steps further with its all-organic ingredients and its use of Hiwa Kai (black) Sea Salt. While used traditionally on steaks, this seasoning blend can be used on chicken, ribs… anything you want to grill. To use, sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of seasoning per pound on meat just before grilling (or a few hours before, to let the flavor sink into the meat). Excellent product....Enhances the flavor of pork chicken & beef without over powering.....allows you to salt foods to your taste. Very happy that it is organically.
