After many defective units in succession seller delayed responses for refund
This seller blew me off many times for a return after I had many defective units provided by them in succession. We ended up buying another brand and after much testing we have determined there is defect in the soldering between the controller board and base board connections on large batch of these relays. I have email comms with Sadique and while they deny them they warranted the first one, But after regular failures in short time spans and high heat of these units we purchased a different brand and it has run fine ever since with no issues. I just asked for my money back, and they and amazon blew me off for months and now they have not given my money back. I would warn any buyer to consider a different brand of timing relay, I am using a single board solid state relay model for 5 months now with no heat and no problems in the same exact circuit, the previous IDEC relay same model was 4 years old before it failed, But three units between that failure of IDEC and now make it obvious there is a problem with a run of parts, BC the other brand has no issues. Therefore hypothesis is confirmed - it is a quality problem and selling defective items is a violation of UCC. Section 2. Implied Warranty of Merchantability covers this matter. Our reasoning is that, Your company promotes (advertises quality testing ISO) all as being tested prior to leaving your yard(s). In order to comply with UCC in the first place, cant sell a product thatis not merchantable or fit for its intended purpose, to do so would clearly expose you to greater liability. It would be considered fraud to sell something that you knew was bad, conversely it would benegligence to accidentally sell something that skipped through the process by way of a person who made an honest mistake. I expect a full refund and you can have your part back, send me a pick up slip.
