excellent deal for a used pre owned item very happy with it

Per Amazon order this watch cannot be returned (it is under warranty). It filled with water the first time I used it and I do not dive into the pool. It was a Christmas present but I was injured and unable to swim laps until just this week.

Great, easy to use watch!!

I’ve owned 5 of these watches. None of them have ever counted laps correctly. This one miscounted laps on the first day. I watch with each lap and know when it drops laps. At the end of swimming, I simply add back on the number that it dropped. I do NOT change my stroke therefore that can’t be the reason. I have never had it add laps. I can say it’s simply better than nothing. I have not found a watch that will count up to 80+ laps so I just keep buying this one. I do recommend it to long distance swimmers but you just have to pay attention to the count.The time works correctly therefore you have one aspect that you can depend on. I do not think it’s easy to set up but to start the laps and proceed to swimming it’s OK.I really wish it would count correctly.

This watch functions as a watch very well. The numbers on the face are nice and big and readable. I purchased this watch specifically because of 3 things: The color (she wanted purple), the fact that there is no hinge connecting the band to the face and the swim/lap counting function. It will count the laps however it must be started manually and seems to be comparable in function to the significantly cheaper and smaller in size ironman watch. This watch does seem to be a bit more durable as my other daughter cracked her ironman on a lane line within 2 weeks of getting it. The band itself does seem to get dirty very easily though. To get it to stay the requested purple it has to be cleaned (we usually take a magic eraser to it) every few weeks. I will say that it is pretty durable though, no cracks in the screen after being hit on the lane lines. all in all I did not feel I got my moneys worth out of this watch and would not purchase it again.UPDATE April 2019:After having this watch for about a year and a half it got condensation in it and it is more black than purple from dirt. The face of the watch is very tall, about 3/4" tall (a Garmin is about 1/2"). We tried cleaning it with a magic eraser and other cleaners and nothing gets it clean. I have lowered my rating and would still not recommend this watch

I bought this for lap counting. It has lots of other features.But lap counting isn't at all accurate.

Gives all the info needed to improve swimming efficiency and makes lap swimming a lot more enjoyable. I wear it every time I swim now.

Easy to setup, but it’s not counting accurate. Missing every starting a few distance counting. Also then you use swimming counting that you cannot see the clock.

Bought this for pool swimming and just to count lengths. Don't use it for sets, though that functionality is there. It drops the odd length over 80 - 120 lengths but probably the way I turn on that dropped length. I just round up to the even number. Nice watch, functional for € 60. Couldn't justify spending € 200 plus on a Garmin for swimming 3 mornings a week. Will be interesting to see how the battery goes, having read other reviews. I live in Ireland so posting it to England to be replaced will be a bit of a pain.

Nado con el todo los dias, no lo metan a agua caliente, me ayuda a llevar el control de mi rutina. Y esta bonito en color morado, combina con mi traje de baño y me despierta todos los dias porque tiene alarma. Solo le falta medidor de ritmo cardiaco.

Mi poolmate 2 acaba de llegar hace como 10 min y estoy tratando de usarlo pero vino apagado o sin pila...lei el instructivo y no mencionada nada acerca de ello.Pueden apoyarme en esto o si es la pila para regresarlo entonces, ya que es nuevo y deberia de traer su pila de la misma forma nueva!

i used 3 times and i really like it, the only thing i do not understand is that does not count laps ..but length , if someone can tell me if is ok like that? my pool is 25 m. and i set up with 25 m pool ...but when i touch the wall ...it count 1 lap .....UPDATE !!! the other day it felt off from my hand and it drop on the floor (changing room) the half screen it does not work :( do somebody knows if there is any insurance and/or if you can send it back to the swimovate for reaper it????thansk in advancesabrina
